M4F Gotham was wet again.. (M4F)
Gotham was wet again. Rain slid down the gargoyles and turned every streetlight into long yellow streaks across the rooftops. Batman landed on the edge of a building in the Diamond District, cape heavy with water. The lead had brought him here. A shipment of experimental weapons was supposed to change hands in the building across the street.
He was not alone.
A dark figure moved along the opposite ledge with familiar grace. Catwoman. Same tip. Different reason. She wanted the score. He wanted to keep the weapons off the streets. Their eyes met through the rain and neither looked away.
She gave him that slow, knowing smile, then dropped down toward the loading dock. He followed.
They reached the ground within seconds of each other. The deal was already in progress. Three men, one crate. Catwoman struck first. Batman took the other two. It was over fast. The men were down and the crate sat between them, still locked.
Catwoman wiped rain from her cheek.
“You always show up when the good toys are about to move.”
“You always show up when something valuable is about to disappear.”
She stepped closer. The rain made her suit cling to her. He could see the rise and fall of her breathing. The air between them felt tighter than it should. She felt it too. He saw it in the way her eyes dropped to his mouth for a fraction of a second.
Sirens rose in the distance. Someone had called it in. She glanced at the crate, then back at him.
This time she did not run.
She closed the distance, grabbed the edge of his cowl, and pulled his mouth down to hers. The kiss was immediate and wild. There was nothing careful about it. Her free hand curled into the fabric at his shoulder while his arm locked around her waist and pulled her flush against him. Rain ran down both their faces as the kiss deepened, rough and hungry, neither of them willing to break first. When they finally pulled apart both were breathing harder than the fight had required.
“Next time,” she whispered against his mouth, then vanished up the fire escape.
There was always a next time.
Three nights later it was an abandoned train yard in the East End. Stolen data drives. She was already inside when he arrived. She did not look surprised.
“You’re late.”
He moved in. She stood her ground. Within moments her back was against a rusted shipping container and his hand was braced beside her head. The space between them disappeared. What started as a confrontation over the drives turned into another charged silence, her knee brushing his leg, his body boxing her in. The same pull was there, stronger than before.
They kept ending up in the same places. A weapons cache in the old sugar refinery. A black-market meeting in the basement of a condemned hotel. A quiet exchange on a bridge at three in the morning. Every time the path was the same. Every time the motives were different. Every time the distance between them closed faster.
On the roof of the Ace Chemical plant the lead went nowhere. No prize. No evidence. Just the two of them and the chemical smell rising from the river. She walked up to him without a joke ready.
“We keep doing this.”
“I know.”
She reached up and touched the edge of his cowl, fingers tracing it like she was deciding something. Then she kissed him again, slower this time but no less intense, as if testing how long they could stay like that before the city forced them apart.
They never talked about what any of it meant. They just kept following the same trails through Gotham and finding each other in the dark.

Looking for a female partner to play Catwoman in this ongoing tense and chemistry-heavy dynamic.
Reply with:
- A short description of how you want to play Selina (personality, attitude toward Batman, what keeps drawing her back to these encounters).
- A vivid description of her appearance or outfit for one of the meetings (rain-soaked catsuit, details of the suit, atmosphere).
- A writing sample of at least two paragraphs showing Catwoman either initiating a charged moment or reacting when Batman corners her on a rooftop or in an abandoned building.
Low-effort messages will be ignored. Looking for someone who can write detailed, atmospheric, and emotionally charged responses.
If you want to play the thief who keeps crossing paths with the Bat in the shadows of Gotham, message me.
