Was in the process of gutting one of our spare bedrooms for a remodel and upon emptying out the closet found all this tucked up in the top shelf completely forgotten. 😅 I remember at the time of buying this I was going for an obvious Starwars build and I can't really remember what stopped me but needless to say I tucked all this away and forgot about it till just now.

Have been using the basilisk ultimate from 6-7 years ago, and never got a PC controller.

With wow forever a few weeks away, and Star Wars galactic racer, treated myself to some upgrades.

Will take a while to transition from the basilisk to the naga, but excited for way less keybinds to manage.

And racing just feels better on a controller.

Went to a razer store in CA and the employees were awesome. Decks of cards, ice tray, l33t pack, and a fat discount (30% off) felt like a steal.

Did the way macros work in synapse change somehow? I have been trying to setup an animation cancelling macro by just copying the settings I use for a macro on my LG keyboard, but when I migrate the settings over it does not work at all and the macro recording doesn't even work half the time

During the day, a few times mouse cursor will stay unresponsive but the mouse buttons still work. Only restarting Synapse or turning the mouse off and on will solve the issue.

Also weird issue where Perfect 180 assigned to random button will work only minute or two and then stop.. only when Synapse is on..

does anybody know where i can get replacement ear cups specifically for razor black shark? in canada? like amazon ones that work well, the ones on the website r like 50 dollars lol

Does your left and right clicks slightly rattle? Im like lightly tapping on both clicks and it feels slightly loose?

I am torn between these 2, people praise the hyperx for its sound quality and durability, while razer is more expensive but has some features i am looking for like simultaneous BT and ANC. Should i just save $90 and go for the hyperx, or is the razer worth the extra cost?

I just got my Basilisk V4 Pro with the mouse dock V2 Pro and I noticed that whenever I put it on the charging dock and take it back out, the RGB glitches. and it doesn’t go back to normal unless I unpair the mouse and pair it back with the dock or stop my PC
Please razer an update is needed for this.

I found a used Viper for really cheap but in the pictures I noticed the serial number on the bottom is blank. Does that mean it’s fake or it’s just worn off?

Just ordered it, I love the ANC on the old version but hate the plastic break.

Anyone got to test how the ANC compares to version 1?

So I just got them in, they are not as good or as comfortable as v1, very small.

Product: Razer Clio X (2026)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a 20,000mAh power bank that works reliably with the Razer Clio X.

The Clio X requires continuous USB-C power and Razer recommends USB-C PD 2.0 at 15W or higher.

I recently bought a Nitecore NB20000 Gen 3 because it meets those specifications and is very slim, but unfortunately it shuts off after around 15–30 minutes, even while the Clio X is powered on and actively playing audio.

I tested the same Clio X with a basic 10,000mAh power bank from another brand, and that one stays on without any issues.

So I’m specifically looking for a 20,000mAh power bank that:

- Supports USB-C PD 15W or higher
- Does not automatically shut off with the Clio X
- Can handle low-current devices continuously
- Is preferably slim/lightweight

If you personally use a power bank with the Razer Clio X, could you please share the exact brand and model?

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who have actually tested it for several hours without the Clio X shutting off.

I tried to look up a solution, but it seems no one has an answer. Others have had this happen on their mouse, but mine is on the dock itself. Unplugging does nothing, restarting PC does nothing. Mouse is fine, and fully charged. Dock just keeps flashing orange no matter what. Anyone know a solution? Dock is paired with Basalisk V4 Pro.

I really wanted to love the Basilisk V3 Pro. I tried it in a store for about half an hour next to Logitech and it felt like the most comfortable one. Bought the white one and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Nice tactile clicks, awesome scroll wheel, beautiful RGB. Otherwise the mouse is fantastic.

But after a day at my desk my hand hurts.

I would say it’s not short, it’s rather narrow. Don’t get fooled by the dimensions in the official specs and on mouse shape comparison websites, because they measure the bottom plate, which is the widest point of the mouse. The issue is that Razer removed a lot of material where you hold it with your thumb. I measured around 15 mm. Because of this your thumb is basically hanging in the air with no support from the mouse, and my thumb hurts badly after just 1 day of use.

If I put my thumb fully against the mouse in palm grip, the whole edge of my palm slides off the mouse onto the mousepad and my pinky lies completely on the pad. When I move the mouse to the right, my pinky gets under the mouse. The only way I could make it work was to put a folded piece of cloth (5–10 mm) under my thumb, and then the pinky problem was gone. So the mouse is missing plastic exactly where the thumb sits.

The shape also feels backwards. The mouse gets wider closer to the front and thinner closer to the end, while for palm grip it has to be the opposite.

The thumb rest itself could also be wider horizontally. Right now the most comfortable position for my thumb is actually on the mousepad, along the edge of the thumb rest where the bottom RGB strip is. But of course you can’t really use the mouse like that, your thumb gets pulled under the mouse. If the thumb rest stuck out further to the side, the thumb would have a place to sit instead of falling off it.

Another thing: it’s not short, but because the buttons are concave you can’t put your fingers towards the front of the mouse. With a convex shape you can put your fingers anywhere you want without any discomfort. So it’s not short, but it feels shorter than it is.

For comparison, I own a Bloody W95. On paper it has almost the same dimensions (I put them side by side) and almost the same weight, but it has a perfect shape for both palm grip and claw grip. It’s just wired, and I need wireless.

So my question to Razer: you already make the same mice in different sizes (Viper Mini, DeathAdder V2 Mini), so why not the other way around? A Basilisk with a filled-in thumb area, a wider thumb rest, a wider back and maybe a small ring finger rest would be an instant buy for me. Same sensor, same wheel, same switches, just a body for bigger hands.

Is there anyone else with medium/large hands who had the same experience? And does anyone know if Razer ever said anything about a bigger Basilisk?
