Just a quick warning to anyone buying premium Razer gear in India.

I RMAd my defective Razer DeathStalker V2 (Linear Red Switch) through ACRO Engineering. They accepted the claim but said the linear switch is out of stock. Because they cannot fulfill the warranty, they are forcing me to accept the loud Clicky Purple variant instead. I need a quiet keyboard for work, so a clicky switch is useless to me.

I escalated to Razer Global Support to get a direct replacement. Their response? They do not ship to India and ACRO's decision is final.

If your Razer product breaks here, Razer Global will not help you. You are stuck with whatever leftover stock ACRO has, even if it is completely different from what you paid for.

I haven't noticed the audio issue for a couple of days now

For context I am 24 years old and work an it job and game when i get home, around 4 years ago I bought my first razer enki and for those 4 years I loved it, I found it to be one of the best chairs I have ever sat on, I don't know why but it was amazing. Fast forward to a week ago it had broke, the back rest would not properly stay locked so it was just a stool, I bought another one on amazon and received it today, put it together and for only around 3 hours of sit time my lower back is like hurting like I have been bending down and touching my toes for the past 3 hours, during the week I didn't have the chair becuase it was broken I was using my girlfriends like luxury office chair, kind of just like an executive chair, i don't know if its the lumbar support that has my back acting up, but also after assembling the chair it felt like the chair was different like the base was smaller in a way, but its the exact same chair, name color and all. I am probably just going crazy but who knows.

Maybe sb know what I mean: Today I upgraded my headset from Barracuda X to Barracuda X Chroma (my old headset was slowly dying and I wanted to stay with Razer also RGB yay).
Now Im noticing that they changed the way the audio wheel works (at least I think they did). On the regular X the wheel regulated the volume solely for the headset. It had a 0 and Max point where you couldnt turn further. On the Chroma the audio is set via the System settings so turning the wheel actually changes my pcs audio. Furthermore its an endless wheel now so you can turn either way till you die (you get a beep when you pass one of the endpoints, next to the audio being mute or the loudest of course).
I wanted to know if sb knew why theyve changed that and if there was a way to turn it back?
I cant think of a reason why this would be better: Turning up/down the volume now rely on the connection quality as well so if i go further away I get to a point where i can still hear the sound but cant alter the volume, also having a solid low and high point is way better than an endless wheel for audio.
Theres probably no fix as this is purely hardware but still wanted to make sure. Also just wanted to rant somewhere because I loved the headset before, good quality, no leather pieces flying around, no itching but this is just ass

Sent an email to Pulsar Gaming Gears and they said they currently do not have any in stock but they did say in an email they are willing to make some if there's enough inquires about it. I recently bought glass skates for my delta hub carpio wrist rest and it glides SO smooth over my fast razer mousepad that it now surpasses how fast my PTFE feet on my razer naga v3 pro go. Would love it if there was more interest to request this product because I think glass skates would be great on this mouse given how heavy it is. Not sure if anyone knows where I can pick up some glass skates, I don't want the dot kind but the ones that are the exact shape.

My new Basilisk v4 Pro stutters/skips every now and then when I move it in a smooth, steady motion. Does anyone know what's causing this?

For example, my Logitech Superstrike doesn't have this problem on the same mousepad.

At the same time, I’m also having the problem that my mice only respond when plugged into my USB 3.2 port. My PC recognizes the mice when they’re plugged into other ports, but they just don’t respond. Does anyone happen to have any ideas about this, either?

This is my first venture into the Tartarus playstyle on a PC. Got it for a fresh start for Forever with a new way to play the game. I was waiting on the firmware upgrade before purchasing and it’s working perfect for my needs now. Same with the Naga 3, never used a MMO mouse. Before this I was an icon clicker so there’s going to be a huge memory muscle hurdle to get over lol.

Mainly will be playing on ps5 and have seen latency/log issues for the raiju. Leaning towards this due to the customizability on PC and the 4 buttons on the back. Only thing making me doubt this is the connectivity issues. Mainly play COD but also play dark souls, gta and story mode games. Have the connectivity issues been fixed via the firmware updates done on the PC or are the issues still apparent playing on the ps5?

Hi Razer, I love your products. I continue to buy them across the board. There's one thing that always seems to be lacking with the headphones and most earbuds which is the ambient modes. I also own the Hammerhead V3 Hyperspeed's and aside from being allergic to the tips you use (very much a ME problem) those are fantastic AND they have loud and clear transparency mode. This is what a lot of your products (and honestly most gaming and lifestyle products) tend to lack for me as a parent aside from the V3's.

I now have the Razer Barracuda V2 Pro's which I like a lot but the ambient mode is lacking quite a bit. It's a massive improvement over the previous Barracuda Pro in all aspects, but for ambient mode It's a little muffled and feels quiet. It's better than a lot of alternatives but it's not loud and clear like I would want, so I think implementing a way to tweak the sound ourselves would be beneficial or even a way to turn it up from here. I work with the hard of hearing so with that in mind, it could be considered a accessibility setting as well allowing for just general amplification (Not like what Apple and others do, just a general gain boost I think would help). If anything, even just a simple toggle that makes it sound like the Hammerhead V3 Hyperspeeds would be great. The tuning is a bit sharp but it's the only way I can keep awareness of my kids after bed time just in case they call out to me.

I'm probably in a niche of the user based, but I do want to share this because no one seems to really put a lot of thought and care into Transparency/Ambient modes.

P.S: Thank god you implemented Auracast, this will be a headset I recommend for my patients who need that function in the daily lives.

Does this have a battery inside it? How does this even happen? I’ve used a Basilisk V3 pro with the puck the mousepad came with…

Not too mad because it’s a sucky product anyway and will be replaced, but curious how or why this happens.

Anyone have a similar experience? I’ve seen people complain that this thing melts or edges peeling.

My desk is an old IKEA Linnmon and except for today the only thing every on the mouse pad is the mouse. And I’ve only ever cleaned it with a microfiber cloth, water, and unplugged.

I just wanted to make a post as my razer basilisk has now lasted me for 8-9 years since purchase, so why not throw my review in 9 years since its release.

I bought this mouse during a Black Friday sale for ~70AUD at the time.

My average day workload is usually around 4-5hrs of study and gaming per day, and this has been my only mouse since switching off the HP wireless mouse bundled with inbuilt PCs.

Overall, there hasn't been any degradation to the plastic shell or rubber grips on the mouse, with a slight bit of peeling at the thumb grip. The mouse feet also have stayed on.

I have seen some people vaporise their rubber grips and swear it off, but I have really liked the extra texture and support provided.

8 years post purchase, the main issue that's cropped up is double-clicking of the left click button which I have managed by blowing into the mouse.

So, after a solid 8 years I will now be likely moving on to newer and hopefully slightly less heavy ergonomic mice.

I have had a look at the Basilisk line, but the price seems to have jumped up since I received my mouse, so I am also happy to take suggestions for other ergonomic mice or people's experience long-term with the V3 pro, v3 x hyperspeed, and so forth.

My USB-C dock was in my backpack when the whole bag got drenched in the rain . The USB dock was in a puddle of water and well water seems to constantly kept coming out of it. So I decided to open it up to dry it . Was hard.

It seems that the 2 ends are caped with a plastic that has a locking mechanism but it definitely cannot be accessed from sides so I use my method of destroying it.

The dock work fine now and I will be Designing 2 end caps from my printer and maybe anodize the body of the dock.

I’m consider the razor eGPU for my home lab setup and was wondering if anyone has experience using rtx Pro Ada GPUs. Is it compatible? Are there any concerns/workarounds? It doesn’t appear on the official compatibility list but people will often diy something together

Hello, I was hoping to get a solution to an issue im having. I just got the basilisk v4 pro white edition and I am having trouble connecting it to the dongle. The dongle shows up on synapse and click on it, it goes into multi device pairing and when i put my mouse in hyperspeed mode and start scanning for it to connect it does not connect and says that my mouse is either off or needs to be put in 2.4 mode when it is on and is in that mode. However it works with bluetooth but it lags a little on bluetooth so id prefer it be connected to the dongle. I never had this issue with my deathadder which is my last mouse. I would also like to add I comepletely removed my deathadder from my pc and it is not in my devices anymore and also removed the hidden devices that are grayed out in device manager. any help would be appreciated. Solutions? it happens all the time and when I load up a game it sticks to a hard 60fps doesn't matter if I kill the razer app mid-game to help resolve it. Same goes for unplugging and re-plugging in the laptop to see if the screen will reset itself.

I still want my battery life to be 7+ hours when unplugged, but when plugged in I'm not sure why this is a problem with the performance of refresh rate.

And on a totally different note I really hate when I disable the track-pad and shut off my computer my track-pad is still disabled. How do I get that to reset back to normal each time I have it disable prior to turning it off and on?
