It's been MONTHS since we got the Volume 10 green light announcement, do you think we'll be getting another update soon?

Ruby's birthday is at the end of the month (10/31) so it would be a good day to give us something.

I don't need much and would be happy with just about anything. That said, I would really like to know who is going to animate it.

What would you all like to hear if we get an update?

The original idea was for Ren to blame Jaune for Pyrrha’s death here, but they exchanged it for the fake transcripts since it was a step too far (which I agree on)

But how would you react if they kept their original idea?

I posted a while back asking for advice on writing and got incredibly helpful advice. Wrote a one shot and now I've spiralled into a whole rewrite. It even has a companion piece to it. I love it.

Is it selfish that I want her to stay?

Yeah, it probably was. But Her sister was the only person she had apart from her dad. She was allowed to be a little selfish. Well, she also had Uncle Qrow, but he only came around every once in a while. Ruby didn’t blame him for that. he was one of the most famous huntsman around for a reason. And one of those reasons was the fact that he didn’t have any free time for himself. But when he did come around, he was always fun.

As their house came into view Ruby sighed. She would never actually ask Yang to stay. Her sister already did so much for her, she could never ask her to put her dream on hold just because Ruby was being a baby about her leaving.

Alright, Im in the clear.

Ruby mentally celebrated as she opened the door to the house and entered silently, making sure to be quiet as she closed the door. Then she damn near had a heart attack as she spotted two glowing red eyes in the corner of the room.

“YANG” she screamed as she turned on the light to see her sister laughing at Ruby’s expense.

“You scared me.” Ruby says as she punches Yang in the stomach. Lilac eyes look down at Ruby with a smile.

“Yeah well, serves you right for going out without me.” She says as she ruffles Ruby’s hair, much to the young Rose’s annoyance. “Speaking of which. How many times have I told you not to visit mom without me? There’s…”

“…Beowolves and ursa and who knows how many grimm in that area. I get it Yang, but I’m not six anymore. I can kill grimm just fine. I took out seven in one swing today.” Ruby says interrupting her older sister.

“You did? That’s so cool.” Yang says as she hugs Ruby. “I guess I just have to get used to my baby sister being all grown up now.” She says with a smile.

“Well, I had to grow up some day. You can’t be around to do everything for me all the time.” Ruby says. She spots her older sister’s smile faltering.

Yang sighs as she lets go of Ruby and sits down on the couch. “Alright. What wrong?” she says as she pets the spot beside her.

“Why would anything be wrong?” Ruby asks as she looks at crescent Rose.

Yang simply raises an eyebrow. “Ruby Xiao Long-Rose. You know you can’t hide things from me. So just come here and tell me what’s wrong.” She says firmly but gently.

Ruby finds her resolve shaken and she sits down. “I’m just…I’m going to miss you.” she says as she hugs her sister again.

Anyways. Thank you to everyone who gave me advice. I would appreciate if an experienced writer read my work and gave me advice on things I could do better. (The first one shot I posted was 3k words all in one para. Thankfully, someone let me know how awful that is to read and I think ive improved a lot since then.)

Hi I hope I'm in the right place. Recently I finished RWBY in about..2 weeks with my girlfriend. She fell in love with Bumblby and I was hoping to find this necklace for her for our one year. I found it on eBay and now it's completely gone. I can't find anything online about it. Tried asking Viz Media, but no luck there. Now, I know there’s probably a lot of people who’d argue Emerald deserves way better and that Cinder is an awful person, which is fair considering the canonicity of their relationship in the series.

But imagine the two in a relationship? How would you all see it? Would you see it in a messed toxic dynamic, or would you see it in a way for Cinder to have more depth and struggle between her love for Emerald, and her desires for power?

Even if Aura canonically only unlocks in times of great stress or by someone else with aura(lame), there should be plenty of animals that have unlocked auras. Animals hunt or get hunted all the time, whether by other animals, grimm, or humans. Plenty of stress from literal life and death situations.

I want to see horses running at super horse speeds with aura, kicking in steel with their kicks. Bears kicking their Grimm counterparts' asses. Wolves being badass and tearing open Grimm throats.

This is a death world, have everything be ready to fight for their life. I want to see a wolf swing a sword in its mouth.
