I'm looking for a parking spot, ideally a monthly lease, for 100 dollars a month or less. Specifically around presbyterian hospital/Salk Hall/Oak Hill area.

My landlord screwed my partner and I - our duplex "house" is in a single-family home residential area, despite operating as two separate apartments in one house (separate utilities, etc.). As a result, the residential permit pass caps our entire "house" to three parking passes. My upstairs neighbors, to no fault of their own, currently hold the two other passes. We asked the landlord to fix this issue, and he basically said there is nothing he will do. This is a huge violation of Pittsburgh's zoning and renting laws from what I can understand. I've tried to think of every loophole possible and nothing comes to mind. So we are now looking for a monthly lease - please, even if you just have a driveway you don't use or something similar. We will be reporting the landlord once we move out, but we're just trying to survive right now and being evicted or having to terminate the lease early and lose the deposit would be really difficult to face.
