The PC has functioned well for years until it failed to post today.
PC specs:
asrock b550m itx
ryzen 5700x
gigabyte aero rtx 5060
seasonic focus gold sgx 650
The system has operated for more than three years, and I have upgraded or swapped parts over time without issue. My latest change replaced the CPU and graphics with the 5700x and rtx 5060 two and a half months ago.
When I powered on the PC today as usual, it would not post. The CPU fans spin, the graphics card RGB and fans activate, the front panel LEDs light up, and USB devices such as a game controller receive power.
Here is what I have tried:
Reseated CPU, GPU, and RAM
Tested all DP and HDMI slots on the GPU with different cables
Removed all USB devices
Reset CMOS
Inserted one RAM stick
Tried a different display (does a TV count?)
Things I have not tried:
The motherboard lacks debug LEDs, so I am waiting for my speaker I ordered to check beep codes
I lack an extra CPU with integrated graphics to test the GPU
I do not have a spare PSU to test
Is there anything else I can do to test besides these steps?
