We are making amendments on rules 4, 5, 7 and 8:
+ Changes to Rule 4
Aside from PC/Laptop FAQs/Build Help/Suggestions and other similarly-related posts, we will add these to the posts that are not allowed anymore:
+ Changes to Rule 5
Aside from spams, we will start removing posts that we deem as low-effort and/or engagement baits.
Post promoting your own site and/or media channel will be allowed now provided that you adhere with these conditions:
We will instantly forfeit anyone of posting this kind of thread if it violated even one of the abovementioned conditions, be it directly or indirectly. Excessive posts of this nature will be treated as spam.
+- Changes to Rule 6
Reworded description.
+ Changes to Rule 7
Surveys/studies or any crowdsourcing post should be cleared to us first either via "Pending Approval" flair or here. We won't allow posts like this anymore if its not cleared beforehand. We suppose its not too much of an ask to sacrifice few minutes of your time to read, understand and follow our rules if you are requesting uncompensated few minutes of cooperation from several people in exchange.
- Changes to Rule 8
The shameless plug megathread will be discontinued starting now.
***If you have questions or concerns, you can post here or send us a modmail here.

I’m a student researching music-transition issues in games made with Unity. Have you noticed background music playing at the wrong time, starting late, cutting out unexpectedly, or overlapping with another track—for example, when entering combat or changing scenes? If so, which game was it, what was happening, and how did it affect your experience? I’d appreciate specific examples to help me understand how often players encounter these issues.

Hi everyone! We're 4th-year BSIT students, currently conducting the testing and evaluation phase of our capstone project.
We're urgently looking for IT professionals, especially those with experience in game development, game design, or game testing, who are willing to evaluate our Android-based educational mobile game.
What you'll need to do:
Compensation: 150 pesos !
Estimated time: 1 hour and 10 minutes
Deadline: TODAY, October 17, 2026 (Saturday)
Since we're currently on a tight deadline, we're hoping to find evaluators who can complete everything today.
If you're interested and qualified, please comment below or send me a DM so I can provide the instructions and necessary links!
We would really appreciate your help, as this is an important part of completing our capstone project. Thank you so much! 🥹

Hey everyone!
My white AYN Odin 2 Portal is starting to look pretty rough. The white plastic has picked up some grime, scuffs, and slight discoloration around the grips and buttons from regular use.
I want to get it professionally cleaned and brightened up, but I'm hesitant to take it apart myself. Does anyone know of any shops, tech cleaning services, or individual modders/technicians in Marikina that offer deep cleaning and plastic restoration for handheld consoles?
Any recommendations or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello po!
We have a playstation sa bahay, ngayon ko nalang uli nalaro kasi kakabalik ko lang from manila after graduation. Next year magaaral uli ako sa Manila and plano ko sana bumili ng switch. I'm tempted sana sa switch 2 kaso ang mahal kasi ng games, dami ko na kasi nagastos sa playstation games.
I'm planning to buy jb na switch lite. Mga cozy games lang, worth it pa ba and madami bang magagandang games sa switch? Gusto ko kasi portable lang na pang palipas oras lang after class. TYIA!

Mine is Crash Bandicoot 1. Easy na lang sakin yung 2 and 3 e, na 100% ko pa. But CB1 is really hard, jumps are insanely tight, and cycles are really precise. Nakita ko na ending non via gameshark, pero yung no cheats di ko talaga kaya lol

72 Seconds is a sci-fi squad-based RTS where you command six unique soldiers, each with their own abilities, alongside base building and RPG progression.
The demo includes 4 campaign missions and a Horde mode where you fight increasingly dangerous waves of enemies.
I've made a fully custom from scratch game engine for 72 Seconds in SDL and C++.
If you're into RTS games, give it a try! Any feedback is appreciated.

I have been eyeing this game for a while. I really WANT to buy it but I think it's hype will prolly die in a few months later (like Palworld or BF6 which I also bought btw). I also have this hesitation on WARDOGS, what do you think?
