Will the diablo skins return? I know they’ve brought back some collabs before but i know theres many they havent and im sad i missed the diablo event. Since its a blizzard game, do you think thered be a higher chance of it coming back?

SYMPTOM: borderless FPS does not go past monitor's refresh rate

use case: GSYNC monitor, GSYNC enabled with VSYNC on with optimal monitor max frame rate (the recommended settings for GSYNC)

PROBLEM: before, when disabling VSYNC in NVIDIA Control Panel/App for overwatch, borderless FPS was not capped to the monitor's refresh rate

but now, no matter if it is disabled or enabled, overwatch does not follow the setting

CONCLUSION: GSYNC is broken for Overwatch in borderless

to disable properly, disable GSYNC for overwatch

in NVIDIA Control Panel

Manage 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> Overwatch 2

in NVIDIA App

Graphics -> Program Settings -> Overwatch

• Max Frame Rate - OFF
• Monitor Technology - Fixed Refresh Rate
• Vertical Sync - OFF

In NVIDIA Profile Inspector

Select Overwatch 2 profile

• Vertical Sync - Force OFF
• Frame Rate Limiter V3 - OFF
• GSYNC Application State - Force OFF

GG. in OW settings, make sure you disable vertical sync and set Frame Rate to Custom

I've been experiencing quite a few bugs in Stadium lately.

Yesterday, I had a match with 3 supports, 1 tank, and 1 DPS.

Today, I started a match playing Juno. After losing the first round, my character suddenly changed to Jetpack Cat for no apparent reason. I also couldn't access the shop, and we ended up with three supports again.

In the following round, the character selection menu opened again. I was able to select Juno, and the shop became accessible again.

The scoreboard was also displaying incorrect information.

It's only an unranked match, so it's not a huge deal personally. However, it's frustrating to see these kinds of issues in a game mode that has been available for around a year and a half.

For a game backed by such a large company, I'd expect these bugs to have been addressed by now.

Please be kind about my gameplay. I only started playing again a week ago after a two-year break!

I’ve made a few really cool friends who are eager to all play together, which sounded really cool! I’m not subtle nor shy about the fact that despite having plenty of experience, I’m not by any means a quality player and have a long way to go if I decide to dedicate myself to it. I don’t even play ranked aside from the occasional placement matches if I’m really trying to get a challenge done to finish out a battle pass last minute, for context.

I add these friends and I snoop on their profiles to find they are SUPER DECORATED. These people are high ranking, primarily competitive players who are leagues ahead in terms of game sense and mechanical skill. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m super impressed, but I am also immediately dreading the idea of grouping up together. They’re extremely nice, enthusiastic, and encouraging, but I feel like it’s just a bad idea. My MMR is so low- the highest I’ve ranked was silver 3 in 2017 and even that felt like a fluke, and to be playing with diamond and above? It’s just not right, it seems.

The few games I’ve played with them, it’s felt like I’m either being boosted to the high heavens with seldom the chance to engage with enemies before they’re wiped out, or I’m feeding and getting annihilated, completely unable to hold my own. I bet for the enemy teams it’s also beyond frustrating and I don’t want to contribute to the continuing imbalance that qp and arcade matchmaking is known for.

I’m not exactly sure if these concerns are valid or not, I’m certain if I gave it my best effort that I could learn and grow a lot, but this feels wrong. It feels like I’m in a gang just going out to make other players miserable or like I’m a plastic 4 feeder fish that snuck into the OWCS. Advice appreciated!

I dont know if im crazy but when I sheild bash the bots in practice range while having the major bash perk. I get inspire on hit and then another time when they die to the void.

If anyone can try it and write back plz bcz im going crazy.

i get it’s more ‘serious’ than qp but jesus man, you have one bad game and every single person in that game acts like you just killed their entire family.

tbf i barely play comp and i went like 30-8 then hopped in a comp game and went negative, fair BUT having the entire lobby shitting on you as if they’ve never had a bad game in their life is so hypocritical.

like genuinely it makes me hate playing comp even when im doing great somebody still has something to judge on its so disheartening and makes me want to leave mid game (which i don’t), ALSO i haven’t even gotten my first placement i’ve played like 15 games of comp in total so im still unranked. like why are we so serious i dont get it man why is everybody so damn mean

yesterday i played with a group of friends, and we constantly won which resulted us to all get calibration up and a LOT of uphill battle, and they all were going up 18%+ while i was only going up 5-7% no matter if i got uphill battle, calibration up, victory. i’m really confused because what am i doing wrong? i always see people going up in large percentages while i never go up a lot. for reference, we all started off as bronze, and even after the constant wins, i only moved from bronze 3 to bronze 2. thats it. i’m really confused, could someone explain this for me? also, i am juno main and play support

95% of these players will sell your games and refuse to swap If you ask them to. They'll just take the lost instead. Some doom players also act like this smh.

I just got onto the junker queen part of the battle pass and am 12 tiers away from the overwatch credits so i can acutally buy the battle pass but i get xp pretty slow, just wondering if anyone knows any good methods

Why did they doom Stadium even further. Open queue is the death sentence for any mode. We dealt with the fact we weren't getting new chars but wtf? You leave us with garbage Fika then also promote poor gameplay for the rest of the team? Im pretty bummed about this.

I know she takes a lot of Skill but if the Person playing her knows what to do then it feels like whatever you do is a lose lose Situation.

She gets better the higher Rank you go but she has a positive Winrate starting in Gold. So its not like the average Joe can't play her.

Also she isn't as hard to play as she was before Season 9 changes.

She got more Hp, Perks, Reduced Hitbox, Hitscan got nerfed etc.

She will most likely ban Cass and then you don't have many options to deal with her.

If you ignore her she will perma harass the Backline. If you focus her she is distracting you and her Team can capitalize on the Distraction.

Her wr goes up to 55% in high Rank so its not like people just don't know how to counter her.

okay so like, i rarely play comp for dps and support as is, which is something i do wanna do more but i procrastinate it because i feel like i can't have fun in comp because its more serious yadayada.

but when i try to learn tank in qp (mainly dva, im fine on JQ tbh) i STRUGGLE in qp 5v5, like ik i will but like stomp stomp stomp struggle. in 6v6 qp i do fine, even carry some games but idk i just super suck hard with dva in 5v5.

so like my question is, would i do better in 5v5 comp? i dont expect to get high probably like high bronze, silver if im being honest (im high gold on supp and mid silver on dps but as i said i rarely play comp so whether theyre that accurate idk, i rarely lose on supp and have climbed from gold 5 to gold 1 but havent played enough to go higher but could be wrong)

rank isnt so much something i care about (altho admittedly seeing rank loss does hurt my mood and idk if i can stop that, which is why i avoid comp) but im also just kinda worried im gonna throw for people, which ik isnt my problem or whatever but i cant help but feel i am kinda ruining people's mood just so i can get better so idk, any advice would be appreciated thanks<3

COME TO THE GAME AS A HERO

I'm going to make a total of a few posts to make yall decide who I make hero concepts for because I want to make them but ngl my brain is not having a good time coming up with stuff off the dome.

Note: All concepts will be text, maybe crappy illustrations, but no redone designs as I'm not that good nor do I have time for it. After 12 total hours, all other comments will not be factored into the makeshift poll.

1st: Null Sector enemy for PvE that never made it in. It has a unique enough silhouette for me to consider it over others. 4 votes so far

2nd: Lifeweaver concept art that caught my eye and I really liked the idea of acupuncture being in the game with his abilities or just primary. 4 votes so far

I would've made a poll but it wouldn't let me so bummer.

The winner was some old Sombra concept art, and I've repurposed it into a new hero concept, Espada.

I know the concept isn't the best, but this is why it's a concept and not a final draft, nor is it presented as one.

I swear sometimes people assume that when I do these, they assume I want the character to ship exactly as I present it even though I'm no game developer and I almost always say it could probably use changes if it were to be close to a final draft. This bit is probably unneeded, but it just bothers me when it happens.

I was watching some old highlight clips and realized I had a weird aiming habit. When I play Hanzo, whenever I flick I kind of bounce my crosshair back to its original place. I'm not sure why I do this and it doesn't seem to happen with any other characters. I've also seen other Hanzo players do this kind of thing too
