I've been looking into the upcoming OPPO Find X10 Pro Max, and honestly, I'm struggling to see how it's worth the price.
Apparently, it's expected to cost around 1,800€, or 1,600€ with the pre-order discount.
Meanwhile, you can already get the Find X9 Pro for around 1,000€. That's a 600€ difference, even with the discount.
And here's what I don't understand:
- The cheaper Find X9 Pro has 4 GB more RAM.
- It also has a larger battery capacity.
- The main upgrade seems to be the newer processor.
Personally, I don't care that much about camera improvements, so they aren't really a selling point for me.
That basically leaves the processor as the only meaningful upgrade. But is a faster chip really worth paying 600€ more while getting less RAM and a smaller battery?
I know a smaller battery doesn't automatically mean worse battery life, but it still seems like a strange trade-off at such a high price.
Am I missing something here? Is the performance improvement expected to be that significant, or is the Find X9 Pro simply the much better value for money?
