Just got them today. Guess go through the break in period because they feel different from the 1000.2

I was iffy about these when I saw them online and I didn’t expect them to be sold out either. I saw them restock on Dick’s Sporting Goods and cop right away. Had them on straight to the feet for the past 2 days after working 10-hour days. So far it’s been surprisingly comfy. I was tired of using my Yeezy slides for my indoor slides because of the material. For the price point it’s pretty high. I would say $200 would be more reasonable.

I am an active duty Air Force servicemember. I wanted to share what one pair of your running shoes went through during my deployment with the U.S. Air Force. 

The Nike Vomero 18’s.

I bought a pair in NY a few days prior to my deployment.

From May through October 2026, I logged 744.1 miles in them while deployed to Djibouti. That included temperatures regularly above 110°F, dust, rocks, hard-packed dirt, and terrain that was anything but friendly to running shoes.

During that time, they carried me through half marathons, long training runs, a 153-day activity streak, and some of the best running performances I’ve ever had.

Where I’m deployed, replacing running shoes isn’t as easy as going to a store. I needed these to last.
They did.

By the end, they were filthy, worn through, and finally starting to tear. But after 744 miles in this environment, I think they earned every scar.

I’ve worn Nike for years, but this deployment settled it for me.

I’ll never switch brands.

Just wanted to give credit where it’s due.

Is this normal? Feels like a defect is a point of failure.

Looking for the Varsity Red pair in a size 12. I’m in the Baltimore/DMV area, but I’m open to ordering online too. Anybody seen a restock or know a store that still has pairs?

I just bought these Nike vomero premiums 5 weeks ago and have worn them just a couple of times. I noticed today the midsole area is cracking. I bought these from kith and saw I can do a warranty claim through Nike but it’s not guaranteed. I will have to send them off for review which could get denied. Would you send these off?

The coat got removed and the cleaners blamed me because they said it's not the original coating, when I bought it in store brand new 🥴

This has been happening far more often in the last few years. The shoes are new or gently used and when I take a step I can hear one of the shows, not ever both make a noise. Almost as if there are air pockets in the soul.

This also seems to only happen with pairs over 100 bucks. Anytime I get pairs for 60 bucks less, especially if made from recycled materials this isn't a problem.

Anyone else having this problem?

So I recently bought P 6000 Nike and feels like tougher sole but looks decent on casual. Earlier i had Skechers GoWalk which were like all day comfort and recently bought Decathlon Jk-190 which has good grip and has some comfort in insole but haven’t felt the same with P6000 after looking at price with cost.
