I am now at 18/19 models from the combat patrol painted! I had a lot of fun with this overlord and sculpting the flames around his head and the lava being drawn up into his resurrection orb

Only thing I've got left now is the Doomstalker and that will be my first ever box of minis fully painted!

Here are my three Skorpekh Destroyers which were nice to build and very satisfying to paint. Their stat line is really nice too!

Fellow Necrons! Behold my first Warhammer paints ever. I've learnt so much from doing these (including the dangers of priming on sprues) but I'm pretty happy with the way these shaped up. Not overly convinced by the energy on the Lokhust's gun but want to keep the white style.

Please let me know your thoughts and any tips on how to take the next step up in my painting

Everything is primed, and the army is complete (minus one more LHD and a Deciever model refresh). I know it's taboo to post an incomplete paint job and dirty base rims, but I couldn't help a photo op. I can now move on and start painting.

Happy to share it! It’s finally done after many weeks

I posted this model yesterday but it wasn't sitting right so I went back and added a resurrection orb! Now it fits the load out!

We picked up a new model for Tanksgiving, my metal version is a tad too small to work. I'll just reply to this thread with any updates.

This has been sitting in my room partially assembled for half a year i think. Finally got around to finishing the paintjob and assembly!

First 40k ever, I need help on what citadel colors to high light the brass with. Just dont want to screw up and make the paint so thick it turns into an ebay model haha. Thanks and I'll happily take any advice!

i've lost almost all of my CSM and now, the 9th editions necrons smile at me.

My favorite strategie are fast and hard hitting melees and strategic reserves (like a winged Daemon Prince who rapid ingresses onto something and devours it).

What similar necron options do we have?

I've been wanting a triarch stalker for nearly 8 months now, but it's been out of stock every time I check. Is the model getting retired, or is the model just that popular? Is there a specific time of year I should check?

So this is my first try on making a necron warrior corrupted by nurgle. What do you think

I know its not really possible in lore but I'm still working on a lore explanition on how this could work

Basically what the title says. Is each C'Tan good for different lists or is one superior to the rest?

Just finished assembling and priming my flayed ones, and honestly, it wasn't as bad as some people make it out to be.

Don't get me wrong it was not an easy set, but no worse than the DDA or Deathmarks.
