Canyon Spectral CF7. Picked this up for $1000, freshly serviced. Had to put another $250 into it to fix a couple popped spokes, tune it up, and replace the derailleur to get it fully trail-ready.

so I’m considering buying a new bike but Im debating between the trek slash 9.8 gen 6 and the propaine tyee cf enduro with the ohlins fork and the fox shock and the sram gx shifter and the magura mt7s. I really want the slash because it’s at a good price ($5500) and I want a new unique bike that’s good at descending and while still being a good pedaler, and I want the tyee because of the high spec components. I want a unique looking and preforming bike thats not too expensive (~$6000-$5000). i am by the way planning on making a few upgrades to either bike in the future. If anyone has any advice for me that would be greatly appreciated, thank you.🙏

Hey guys, just wanted to ask if anyone is like a pro in Carbon material, because during rides, my bike does like some creaking noises and after analysing it I found these two points. The second one I was aware because it was my fault, but the first one under the bike I didn't know. The sound makes me feel like it comme from the rear suspension zone. Any idea ?

For a couple of years I own a Rockrider XC100s (2020) which came with the Manitou Markohr 120mm fork and Manitou Radium Damper.

I already acquired a second damper for upgrade. A Rockshox Select 190x45 damper. What I cant find out is which installation hardware I should use. Is there anyone that can tell me that? I believe the current Radium damp is 25x10mm.l, but I not sure.

Also I am planning to get an second hand Rockshox Reba 120mm Debon Air Fork. I want to install that first. Can I remove the cable from the combo lockout that leads to the fork, but leave the cable that leads to the Radium Damper?

Hi All, pretty inexperienced with MTBs, I am looking at purchasing a stop-gap bike as I have damage on my current Trek Roscoe. Not wanting to spend loads and it only needs to last 8 months or so and wanting a Roscoe as I will effectively have spare parts.

I found a bike but am wondering if this damage is a problem. My size is M/L and its the only one I can find near me that ticks the boxes.

2021 Trek Roscoe 7 hardtail with a M/L frame and 27.5” wheels. I’m 5ft 9 and it fits me comfortably. Frame has some signs of wear and tear with the worst shown in the pictures.

Looking to upgrade to a full sus bike

Is this tube damage something to worry about?

Especially as a fat person who sweats easily

Hey everyone. I have a KHS 4000 fatbike with a 12sp cassette and Deore derailleur that shifts and functions fine with thevexception of the smallest gear. See the pics. The chain rubs on the hangar and on the derailleur mount and causes the chain to ride up over the gear and skip. The cassette is installed properly as far as I can tell. Has anyone run into this and is there a fix? 🤔

I have a Canyon spectral CF8 with this set up at the front:

• DT swiss 1501 XMC wheel
• Raceface carbon bar
• Ohlins RXF36 fork

It's very snappy but also harsh on shatter.

I'm considering removing a token off the fork or maybe go back to XM1700 alloy wheel.

Any suggestin on how to smoothen this?

I have a vivid ultimate shock and fox rythm 38 on my dreadnought. I am lucky to work in the industry so budget is not as big of concern for me. I’m debating on getting the ext era and storia on my rig, but only if it’s way better than just replacing my fork for a new zeb ultimate with the linear xl. I know way better is a spectrum but is it worth the money?
