I (26 y/o) am the frontwoman and graphic designer for my upcoming metalcore band, based in London.

Our values are simple: we want to remind everyone to look after each other in a world that is becoming more cutthroat and hyper transactional. Internet algorithms have done a fantastic job of catering to the individual, but has caused undeniable divides amongst us as a society, and it shows in the younger generations especially.

The sound of Referendum is familiar, yet unique: think down-tuned chugs and sombre riffs with the classic atmospheric metalcore aesthetic, accompanied by smooth, intimate blues vocals. If I were backed into a corner and forced to describe the soundscape, imagine if Siouxsie Sioux were the lead vocalist for Bad Omens.

Currently, we have a vocalist (me) and a bassist (21). We are trying to find a guitarist as a co-writer/creative partner, and a drummer as our solid supporter through the storm. We'd prefer our bandmates to be local to our area too.

Hello, I'm a singer (19M), songwriter, and self-taught producer, not very pro enough, but I'm going in it.

I already tried to build a full band but people wasn't serious, they gave up only after 2 months... I'm searching for a long-term things.

It shouldn't take too much time for you, and you can always do your side projects, but I need motivated people.

I mostly search for a Male and Female singer, around 18-25, that can record properly (with good mic), it's starting online then you should be able to record by yourself. No need to be a pro but not also searching for a very very beginner.

Sooo I play the bass and I can do clean vocals and I have someone to do guitarist and scream vocals. Looking for a drummer and preferably a second guitarist to play heavy-ish metal. Not deathmetal, but also not like thrash or glam metal. Only open for ages 13-17 in the Westarn pa area.

Me and my friend both play guitar, him on lead and rhythm, and wrrr tryna make a band just to mess about, write some music, perform at some places cos we thought it would be fun, it’s gonna be a mix of like a ton of stuff cos we listen to so much music, but generally we take a lot of influence grom metalcore, melodeath, post hardcore etc. but wrrr looking to try and incorporate the melody from those genres into slam, as it’s all I can do vocals for properly lmao, and also I think making like one of the most brutal genres melodic would be a rlly interesting concept. We're a new metal band from Arnhem, Netherlands, and we're looking for a motivated bassist to complete our lineup.

The band is only about two months old, but we're already taking it seriously. Between all of us, we have hundreds to thousands of hours of experience on our instruments and we're used to putting serious time into music. We already have multiple live shows booked, and we expect that number to grow quickly.

We don't have any demos recorded yet, but recording our own material is definitely something we want to do soon.

We play both covers and original material, but our main focus is writing our own music. We already have several songs. Some of them come from another band our former bassist plays in, and he can help us learn those songs. From there, we want to focus mainly on writing new material together.

We're not looking for someone who just wants to jam occasionally. We're looking for someone who is willing to put real time and effort into the band and help us build something together.
