I’m currently developing YoPack, a platform designed to make ordering products from China easier for customers in Madagascar.

What YoPack currently offers:

• Parcel reception and consolidation: Our agents in China receive your parcels, register them, take photos when needed, and consolidate multiple parcels into one shipment.
• Repackaging: Parcels can be repacked and prepared for dispatch to your chosen freight forwarder in China.

What we plan to add:

• Product sourcing: Tell us what you want to buy or send us product links, and we’ll handle the purchasing process on your behalf.
• Customs clearance support in Madagascar: We’re exploring partnerships with professionals who can handle customs declarations and clearance for incoming shipments.

We don’t handle international shipping ourselves at this stage. Customers choose their own freight forwarder, and we send the consolidated parcels to them.

We’re still working on the platform and finalizing some service fees, but the goal is to make the process of buying from China simpler and more convenient for people in Madagascar.
