Discussion MSI replaced G271 due to flickering, but the replacement G2722 developed same issue, MSI refuses to help

I bought an MSI Optix G271 on 6 June 2022.

August 2023: The monitor started flickering.

September 2023: MSI replaced with G2722 under RMA.

October 2026: The replacement developed the same flickering issue.

I contacted MSI India and requested a replacement or paid repair. MSI said the monitor is out of warranty and that they do not repair monitors and recommended buying a new one.

I understand that the warranty has expired, but having the same issue on both the original monitor and its replacement is bs.
MSI has refused to offer any further assistance.

I would appreciate advice on:
Has anyone experienced the same issue with the G271 or G2722?
Has anyone successfully received a out of warred replacement or resolution from MSI India?
Is it worth pursuing a complaint through India’s consumer forum?

PS: checked wire, gpu drivers and issues persistent in monitor menu too, so it’s a monitor issue.

This is my parts list. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ngt7vR I built my own pc and sometimes when I boot it up, I get the error screen i included a pic of, and it gets stuck there. A friend said to update bios so I got the updated files and when I enter m-flash I get this white empty box. When I move the curser it acts like an eraser and makes the screen white where it goes. Everyone i know who builds PCs has no idea what this is because they have never seen it before. What is happening and how do I fix my pc?

Troubleshooting MSI Maestro 500 Wireless not turning off?

It's not reacting to any input actually. Nothing on the ANC button, nothing to turning volume knob, disconnecting the receiver and, of course, not reacting to holding down the volume knob.

Discussion Issue with audio out: MSI MAG 275QF

Hi all, I just bought this monitor two days ago and everything's great about this monitor except the audio out. I have connected my desktop speaker to the monitor, but the audio is very less, even when I put it at 100%. In Games, the bgm is okish, but the speaking is not audible much. The biggest change I noticed is when I opened Netflix; the narration was very low. I checked the speaker connected to another device, it worked well, the sound clarity was very much high even at 50%. I even checked the monitor with another speaker, it still the same. Is there any fix or should I replace the monitor? Please help I'm new to this :'(

Troubleshooting MSI MAG A1000GLS PCIE5 – Do I have enough modular ports for my GPU, CPU and AIO hub?

Hi everyone,
I recently bought the MSI MAG A1000GLS PCIE5 1000W PSU, and I’m unsure whether I have enough modular ports for all my components.

My build:

GPU: Gigabyte AORUS Radeon RX 9070 XT (3 × 8-pin PCIe power)
AIO: CORSAIR iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX LCD, which requires a 6-pin PCIe power connector for the iCUE LINK System Hub
PSU: MSI MAG A1000GLS PCIE5 1000W
CPU: Requires one EPS/CPU power connection

As far as I can tell, the PSU has only four modular CPU/PCIe sockets. I need three PCIe connections for the GPU, one for the AIO hub, and one CPU/EPS connection — five connections in total.

Am I missing something? Can one of the included PCIe cables provide multiple connectors, or is there another safe way to connect everything with this PSU?

I want to avoid using unsafe adapters or cables from my old Seasonic PSU.

Thanks for any help!

Troubleshooting Tomohawk max 2 b450, cpu light

Upgrading cpu from r5 3600 to r7 5800x3d. After the replacement in the socket, wouldn’t boot and had red cpu light.

I reseated the cpu and no change. I unplugged the cpu power connector and plugged it back in, no change.
I put the OLD 3600 back in and no change. Took out cmos battery, bridged the pins to reset it, no change.
I tried to flash the bios with a usb 2.0 walmart ONN brand flash drive (named bios file msi.rom and clicked the button, usb in the flash usb port on the motherboard) and the computer turned on for 5 seconds, then turned off again. No change on the light.

What am I missing? What’s the next step? Try another motherboard?

  • Processeur : AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
  • RAM : Corsair CMWX16GC3200C16W2E, 32 Go (2 × 16 Go) DDR4-3200 CL16
  • Système d'exploitation : Windows 11
  • BIOS fonctionnel : E7C56AMS.1C0

LDLC a ensuite effectué plusieurs tests :

BIOS E7C56AMS.1C0 :

J'aimerais avoir vos avis
