📞 HIRING: Self-employed Appointment Setters (work from home)

Hi everyone. We’re DXV Studios, a Northampton company that helps local businesses save hours of admin every week. We set up simple automations so things like order emails, invoice chasing and inbox sorting happen on their own, using the software they already have.

We’re looking for confident callers to book free 20-minute chats with local business owners.

💷 What you earn (commission-only):

20% of the setup fee for every client you bring in

10% of their monthly fee for their first 3 months

Example: a client paying £1,000 setup and £300 a month earns you £390.

What you get:

Leads with phone numbers, ready to call

A tested script and answers to common questions

An easy booking link, so you can book the chat while you’re on the phone

Your own hours (Mon–Fri, business hours)

Requirements:

Fluent English, clear and confident on the phone

18+

Your own phone, laptop and reliable internet

Available for at least 10 hours a week, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm UK time

This is a self-employed, commission-only role: you’re paid for each client you bring in.

Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Support sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain customer records and prepare basic sales reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Interest in sales, marketing and customer engagement.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn.

Willingness to work from the Chennai office as required.
