Hace poco actualice la versión de LienageOS, de la 23 a la versión 24. Ahora no funciona ningún reproductor de música, con los audífonos. Intente conectando dese un dac y tampoco, por la entrads original de los audífonos y sigue sin escucharse nada. Solo se escuchan los sonidos del sistema, pero no es el caso con la música. Solo se escucha a través de Bluetooth. Espero y me puedan ayudar.

I've used Lineage and before that Cynogen of a variety of phones. Always "more or less" worked but always a few issues.

Most recently I have been using a NothingPhone 2. Lineage with MigroG, no GApps. It worked until is didn't. The updates stopped working - complaining of a certificate error. The 'Wise' bank app worked, but Revolut never worked. Maps and navigation were always iffy.

So I did the AI thing. Set up dev mode and USB debugging, and let my AI Agent (I used Hermes with GLM-5.3 in Ollama) do the work. I prompted it with "this is my phone, and updates fail with certificate errors". The agent did brilliantly well. It re-installed Lineage, reset the certificates, and now it seems to work better than ever. Both bank apps work, whatsapp, velamaps, comaps, and citymapper. That's pretty much all I use.

So, YMMV, but to all the people with intractable problems, perhaps try letting an AI agent loose on your phone.

I successfully flashed lineage os on Oneplus nord ce4 (benz). Feels great btw.

But display starts flickering when smooth display option is enabled. I have to turn it off (feels rough) or use force peak refresh rate (consumes alot of battery). It is more noticeable during low light when brightness is at almost 20%.

What should I do.

The upgrade guide says this (emphasis added):

So I need to perform a factory reset to remove Google Apps. But there are multiple very different meanings of the term "factory reset" in Android custom firmwares. It can either mean wiping data but keeping the custom firmware, or going all the way back to the stock OS.

Does anyone know which is needed in this case? I would really rather not go back to stock if I can avoid it. Using MsmDownloadTool has been kind of a nightmare for me in the past.

I have android setup running in the active apps in quick settings panel and it is kind of annoying to look at. Is there any solution to remove it? Ps, I've tried force stopping android setup in the apps but it keeps on reappearing.

Hi, I've been thinking on getting a Motorola Moto G05 to install Lineage on it. After looking the guide i noticed it states that the phone needs to be a specific model (between XT2523-11 and XT2523-2)

However, i've checked on the official Motorola site (where i was going to buy it from) and i couldn't find the model number. I also tried asking support but it didn't help.

Is there something i can do to make sure I'm getting the right model before buying it?

So i knew that before switching my Pixel 6a to Lineague, i would need to disable my authentication methods so that i wouldnt get locked out of my account when i reset my phone. But i ran into this issue: When you try to edit the 2fa settings, it asks for authentication, and all of the methods used there link back to my phone. If i were to switch my rom, i would get locked out of using 2fa forever. How do you guys get around this??

And I was actually a bit interested in installing LineageOS after seeing a confirmed build for it.

There is the aspect that I WOULD still like to use the stylus though. And I just want to know, given that there is a LineageOS build for my device, if most of the functionality is retained.

Not looking for the OnePlus integration features like AI and other proprietary functions. Just stuff like the settings, being able to maintain the firmware, and use the squeeze and draw functions.

Should I install it from scratch (the normal way - formatting etc) or is there an option to kind of.. upgrade it?

Hi guys, quick question. My S20FE (4G Snap) stopped working as regards Google services. So I had to factory reset it, since dirty flash (including a gapps package) didn't work.

Do you think that flashing the ROM updates via ADB and flashing together with it the new gapps version is more stable?

I am a teacher and found a Tab A (kids edition) at home. During the vacation I decided to install Lineage OS on it.

I have no regret at all. It became my everyday tablet for school. I use it with the Joplin app to sync files from my laptop. I feel I will purchase a Tab S7 to use next for the new term or another tab that using the S-pen. Can anyone give me any recommendations?

I have a Pixel 4 running LineageOS 24, what I waited with this update is the Blur UI, but unfortunately it is somewhat turned off.

There is an option in Developer Options to toggle this on, but whenever I leave the Settings App, it will automatically revert back to off. There is no option on Accessibility to Reduce Blur, meaning (if im correct) this UI is intended to be turned off to reduce the gpu load.

The option I found and tried is by rooting my device and installing Enable-blurs module and its great knowing it can actually work. Also, adb method to enable this Blur UI is not working.

But, my problems are, apps keep crashing. I noticed after root, apps like Google Camera and Google Photos App keeps crashing, closing the only fixed i found with this issue is by unrooting my device, and dont like rooting.

Right now, my device is unrooted.

My Poco F1 running LineageOS 22.2 won't install any APKs, showing “App not installed.” I tried wiping FRP via ADB sideload but encountered an error. Can anyone help?

So I did a dual mode years back. I like how I can OC using Tesla app in switch mode. Can the same be done in Android mode? I already partitioned my sd card to allocate more space in the Android side. Now I found out that the switch can do the same fml!

It’s mainly for emulation 2DS, 3DS and PSP portable etc.

Not sure when but it used to be ok, now an app complains about it and refuse to run. Any help?

yesterday, I cleared Cache and Data for Google Play Store and Google Play Services, as well as removed my Google-account after what appeared to me as a storage-issue.
The initial problem aside - since then I am unable to add any account.

When trying to do so ...
* I navigate to Settings -> Passwords, passkeys and accounts -> + Add account
* I select the account-type I want to add (e.g. Google, Dropbox, whatever ...)
* The screen changes to "Checking info ..." and promts to verify that it's me (biometrics/pattern)
* Reverts back to the "Add account"-screen after verifying, with no further action taken

This behaviour is identical, when trying to sign in via an app (e.g. Profile -> Sign in in the Google Maps app).

Has anyone ever ran into similar problems or can direct me towards a solution without a complete reinstall?

And if so, Do I need to factory reset to burn android 13 and then burn lineageos 24? Or when I want the GAPSS?

Tell me if I mistake: As I read on the guide, Its said if I only want to update, I need to do it with adb, install before GAPPS and then the lineageos update

I recently installed LineageOS 24 on my Pixel 6, and I have realized that neither RCS nor Call Screening is working. Are these features unsupported by LineageOS 24?

I am asking because I can see the Call Screening options (Maximum, Medium, and Basic Protection), but the Screen button does not do anything when I receive a call. I have also read that Call Screening works with NikGapps but not with MindTheGapps. Could this be a bug?

Regarding RCS, the Messages app says, "RCS chat status: Not supported." I am sure RCS is not a Pixel-exclusive feature. Are certain libraries missing?

I have set up LineageOS and Rocknix in dual boot on an Ayn Odin 2 Portal and just now a minor update (from the updater app, staying on 24.0) overwrote ABL with the LineageOS one, preventing me from accessing Rocknix again.

Is there a way to prevent LineageOS updates from overwriting the ABL bootloader? I'd rather not have to constantly mess with fastboot after each and every one.

I'm experiencing a very strange issue with Google services on my device. I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out.

The problem:

· Google login in games: I got logged out of my game account yesterday. Now, when I try to log in via Google, the profile selection window appears, but after selecting my profile, it just hangs and doesn't log me in. · YouTube: The app and browser won't load the main page or videos. However, the search bar works and suggests autocomplete options when I type. · Other Google apps: Google Play Store and Google Drive are not working at all. Interestingly, Google Maps works fine. · Other apps: All non-Google apps work perfectly.

What I have already checked/tried:

· Internet connection: My internet is working fine. I ran a Speedtest on mobile data (LTE, MTS provider) and got ~4.8 Mbps down and up. This is my normal speed. · Time and Date: The time and date on my device are set correctly and automatically. · DNS: I have already tried changing my DNS settings. · VPN/Proxies: I don't have any VPNs or proxy apps enabled. · Clearing cache: I have tried clearing the cache and data for Play Store and Google Play Services, but it didn't help.

It feels like the device is specifically blocking or failing to establish a secure connection with Google's servers, while the general internet connection is totally fine. Has anyone encountered this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Pixel 4a, which I just updated to version 24 (android 17).

I've been using it without payments for the last 2+ years like this, but I was wondering if there is someone who runs an unlocked device with payments working.

Don't feel like doing some unstable irreversible solution that is going to compromise my daily device, but if there is a solution that is not too difficult to install and stable, I could think about doing it.
