Switch from a custom rom

Hello, I'm currently using UN1CA on my Galaxy A52s 5G I want to switch to LineageOS from it but I don't wanna go through the bothersome process of switching back to my stock ROM I saw a few posts asking about this game thing but I wanted to be sure is it possible to do if so how?

As long as the firmware you are using aligns with the LOS requirements, you don’t need to go back to the stock ROM.

Does UN1CA change my firmware version? I was on the last update for my phone before switching to it

I know nothing about UN1CA. Look at its firmware versions. If they match what the LOS requirements say is needed, you’re fine and ready to go. If not, you’re going to need to load the proper firmware—which may include the need to go back to a stock firmware.

U don't have to go to stock , just boot twrp and flash lineage and gapps and format data reboot system and you re good to go

I can flash lineage directly? I thought I needed to install their recovery first

Yes I was considering flashing it from SD card as well but is it possible to flash from internal storage? Do I just flash the ROM then wipe data before booting into it?
