This is a PDF pattern for a leather deck box in four design variations that you can easily make for yourself, for friends or to sell. The deck box pattern comes in separate files suitable for if you want to craft this by hand or with the help of a laser engraver/laser cutter.

The deck boxes are made to comfortably fit 100 double sleeved cards.

The design variations are:

Dragon scales - ornate

Dragon scales - simpler

Plain - design or tool completely how you like it yourself! :)

The pattern is designed with no stitching in mind, so it is both easier to make and requires much less time. Few specific leatherworking tools are required which makes this project great for a beginner as well as a more experienced leatherworker. You get the pattern as well as a separate document with 16 pages of detailed and easy to follow instructions with pictures on how to prepare and how to assemble the deck box.

The outer dimensions of the finished boxes are about 115mm tall, 80mm wide and about 85mm deep.

The pattern comes in two printing sizes: a4 for Europeans and letter size (8.5x11) for Americans.

I sewed wallets for about 3 years, quit around 2020 because selling was the hard part, and came back after I saw there was demand. This is the wallet I'm making now.

It's about 9.5 x 8 cm. I gave it 2 snaps, 2 outer card slots with a thumb cutout (you can tap to pay without pulling the card out), a coin pocket with a spring frame and a magnet, and a full-length slot for notes. Waxed Crazy Horse outside, suede-look lining inside, every seam by hand.

This newsboy hat is made from a waxy brain chrome tan about 3 to 5 ounce weight, and 7/8 ounce veg tan.

The customer was in between pattern sizes so I'm making this size and the next size up so she can pick the one that fits best.

Just finished this card holder in Olmo Pueblo! This is a design I finally ironed out the last few creases in to make what I believe to be a finished pattern. I've been carrying one for about 2 weeks now with 4 cards and a couple double folded bills. It is tight but as it breaks in over the 3-4 weeks of use, it should form to your cards perfectly. I'm asking $70CAD + shipping from Ontario and would be happy to discuss custom colour ways. I have 5 colours of pueblo available! If nothing else, at the very least thanks for looking!

I recently completed this commission of a bifold made from American alligator and chèvre. It’s fully lined with 8 pockets and a cash flap.

I had found a cool leather piece in ebay and made a purse from it. I absolutely loved it and want more but cant find i dont know if it was a specialy leather but if anyone can help or point me in the right direction pls help. It was about 2 or 3 Oz and suede it somehow had like glitter infused with it and the glitter would not transfer it was like permanent.it also had like a oil shine to it but not alot. It was very very black and had embossed waves the picture dont do it justice.

I recently finished this handmade passport wallet, featuring Haas Epsom leather in Vert on the exterior and Alran Sully chèvre in Chocolate for the interior, paired with contrasting orange stitching.

The wallet has two passport compartments and four card slots, with a spacious and comfortable layout.

The entire wallet is hand-stitched using the traditional saddle stitch technique, with 0.45 mm Meisi linen thread and a 4 mm stitch spacing.

It’s been a long time since I last worked with Epsom leather. Although I personally prefer chèvre, I have to admit that Epsom is also a beautiful and durable choice.
