Yosemite Valley 10/19
Took these yesterday, me and my wife didn't really plan out our day trip here. Wanted to capture Yosemite before winter hits and while fall is dying down.

Photo 2 Weeks in Patagonia
Spent 2 weeks exploring Los Glaciares and Torres del Paine National Parks in Argentina and Chile (did the W trek in TdP) and saw some of the most insane scenes of my life. The day I hiked up to Fitz Roy was the only clear morning I had in El Chalten, which was incredibly lucky for me to see this sunrise and alpenglow. Torres del Paine had unusually nice and clear weather the week I did the W, so that was lucky as well. Hope you enjoy :)

Photo Out for the Season [OC]
French Creek State Park - Oct 2026
Out for the Season
Scott's Run Lake at French Creek State Park, while the breeze stirred the waters, and moved the colors across the lake, this large branch isn't participating this year. Shot with a Sony A99II and CZ 24-70 f/2.8 lens using a Lee100 GND filter. Camera mounted on a RRS tripod & head with a 3 Legged Thing universal mounting plate.

Photo Bristlecone Pine Forest - Colorado
I made this landscape photo to capture the bristlecone pine trees in the scene. As luck would have it, I discovered a deer standing beneath the front-left tree, which I didn't notice when I made the original photo.
Bristlecone pine trees are the oldest known non-clonal living organisms on Earth, with individual trees living for over 5,000 years. I think the oldest trees in this forest at the base of Mt. Blue Sky range between 1,500-2,000 years old though. There are bristlecone pines in Colorado that date back 2,400 years (442 BC)
