Hey, starting maybe 5 months ago everything has been pretty much crap. I’ve adjusted my settings twice now and it still appears I’m primarily getting products I have marked as “rarely” wanting. Starting to get frustrated. Anyone else running into this issue?

My bags have consisted primarily of makeup brushes, hair products, really ugly lip products, and mascara. Literally every month. I haven’t received any skincare lately 😭 despite all my preferences being towards that. Hey at least I have 10 different versions of the same eyeshadow brush kit in various shit qualities, 5 pairs of costume eyelashes I’ll never wear, and eyeliner in every color besides black 😂

Okay...I REALLY want a lot of the stuff they advertised for the ultimate and really close to signing up for it... However,that's $67 ish... How likely is it that I would even get any of that? Also, when is best time to commit the payment so I get November stuff and not left over of last one

After 9 years of Ipsy and boxycharm in FINALLY canceling. I may come back someday but right now I’m drowning in products and just had a baby so I just don’t need more stuff. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten to try and I’ve been able to give away so much to friends and that always brought me joy.

I just opened up my October package, only to find that the only things included were my add-ons, and not a single one of any of my original bag items. I'm being completely serious when I say that I have not had a single bag this year that was not missing at least one item, and now I'm missing the entire Glam Bag.

Ipsy has gotten so unreliable that I don't even contact support anymore unless I missing multiple items, because it's such an ongoing issue that I'm sick of talking to their bots, so I just chalk it up as a loss. The irony here is that this is probably the first bag I've actually been looking forward to in months, because - gasp - they actually selected things for me I'd buy myself. The first bag in months that didn't have an ugly cream blush, a rose gold highlighter, clear brow gel and/or another cheap eyeliner (none of which I use, and have all set to "rarely") for the death pile.

Well, they may have plummeted in quality, raised their prices, wiped out humans in favour of bots (cue the bots replying to this), and given up on anything resembling customer service, but at least they're consistent, I guess. 🙃

Where are y’all finding spoilers for next month? i go on the app & the website and i can’t see anything?

Got this beauty creations lip oil in the October original bag and it is just so pretty in sunlight and the scent is exactly like a peach drink!

I actually got excited to get this Masada even tho Ipsy sent me black when I have browns picked in my quiz. I got excited bc so many of you said it was your fav and the best tubing mascara. For me it is so thick and clumpy. I always rub as much as I can off the wand bc I prefer a very light layer but it was still so thick and goopy. Did not separate my lashes well at all. I even tried it again this time warming it up in my bra for a while first. Still the same. Did I get a bad tube?

Anyone else just can’t justify the boxes right now? Usually there’s at least some name brand stuff I don’t personally need but I can gift. Last month’s spoilers made me skip for the first time and looks like this month I’m skipping as well. I’ve been a subscriber for over two years now and always got at least one of the subscriptions every month.

I’m just really disappointed and I hope the next boxes will be better.

So I got my package on October 9th. I got an email for it but it didn’t show up in my notifications. It got stolen. It’s now October 17th and I’m just now seeing that email. Is there anything Ipsy can do now, or will they think I’m bsing??? I’m very upset it’s the first one I’ve gotten in months, was waiting for so long not realizing it already came and one of my crappy neighbors took it :(

Half of my box is missing. No drawstring bag, got one duplicate. Should have had 10 items. Got 5. (Well 6 with the duplicate)

Not sure if ipsy dropped the ball, or if whatever random courier who had my package stole stuff as the box almost looks damaged, with clear packing tape to close it. 🤷‍♀️ have a strong feeling my replacement box will just be random items. 🤔

Eta : Ipsy is sending a replacement box and I sent an email to "GoFo's" customer service with pictures and info, they probably cant and won't do anything, but I can't imagine this would be the first complaint for a specific courier if this is what they do. Also, mail tampering is a federal crime, so, uh, yeah. Not letting that slide.

I like the palette and the touchland spray sounds like it could be good. I tried the thrive mascara years ago but I can't remember if I liked it. The brushes are cute but also not very exciting. The blush color looked nice so I added it on, hopefully it's good.

But the setting powder I noticed has rosehip in it so here's a dumb question- if rosa damascena breaks me out does that mean rosa canina will as well? They work differently obviously but both are in the rose family.

I knew this was gonna be broken before I opened it. It had no padding, just shuffling around in the envelope..... Wtf ipsy.

I received my Extra today. It came in a box and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Super excited to try some of these items.

For the past three or four days, every time I open the app, I get a "webpage not available" error. Is anyone else experiencing this? I tried to see if clearing the cache would fix it, but to no avail.

Same palette in November original as October? I’ve been a subscriber for a year next month. The only other repeat palette I recall as a choice item was the Alamar Cosmetics Pricesa, but it wasn’t literally the very next month! Has this been a somewhat normal occurrence in past years?

I just saw that there are new arrivals in the shop, but nothing is opening for me. Literally everything I try to open on the site is blank.

Hey all! I hope this is allowed. I wanted to tell you guys about this product I just saw online at TJX that was also an add-on option and is currently in the Ipsy shop.

I bought this Beekman spray as an add-on and then the following week I went into my local TJX and saw the same product, more than twice the size, but $4 less.

I just wanted to share in case anyone else was wanting to try this or is also a fan of this spray like me!

The TJX website also has free shipping today only.

I've been using this product for a couple months now and I really like it! I like to use it right after getting out of the shower, I also use this right before applying my regular lotion and I believe it helps my lotion absorb better and deeper. It's great for spraying on hard to reach areas like my back as well.

I've also used this on my 4 year old who despises the feeling of regular lotion.

This isn't a fragrance spray, it's a moisturizing body spray. I'm not a huge fan of this (pictured) scent, but I don't mind using it because the scent doesn't stick around.

So far I have tried this scent—Juicy Peachy Lychee, Pure (unscented), Vanilla Absolute and Pistachio and Dark Cherry. My favorites are Vanilla and Pure. TJ Maxx' website currently has the Lychee and Pure in stock!

It’s getting out of hand imo

Maybe Im being petty. But lately all my packages come smashed! This was for a friend's 50th Birthday Gift and it looks like I got it from the Clearance Bin! I gift a lot of my stuff and the past few months it all comes looking like this. So disappointing. Ive been a member since 2018 and never had this issue before CIRRO! Yes, I did email a complaint.

This looks so pretty. I’m tempted to buy it.
