Not sure if ipsy dropped the ball, or if whatever random courier who had my package stole stuff as the box almost looks damaged, with clear packing tape to close it. 🤷‍♀️ have a strong feeling my replacement box will just be random items. 🤔

Eta : Ipsy is sending a replacement box and I sent an email to "GoFo's" customer service with pictures and info, they probably cant and won't do anything, but I can't imagine this would be the first complaint for a specific courier if this is what they do. Also, mail tampering is a federal crime, so, uh, yeah. Not letting that slide.

I received my Extra today. It came in a box and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Super excited to try some of these items.

I like the palette and the touchland spray sounds like it could be good. I tried the thrive mascara years ago but I can't remember if I liked it. The brushes are cute but also not very exciting. The blush color looked nice so I added it on, hopefully it's good.

But the setting powder I noticed has rosehip in it so here's a dumb question- if rosa damascena breaks me out does that mean rosa canina will as well? They work differently obviously but both are in the rose family.

Same palette in November original as October? I’ve been a subscriber for a year next month. The only other repeat palette I recall as a choice item was the Alamar Cosmetics Pricesa, but it wasn’t literally the very next month! Has this been a somewhat normal occurrence in past years?

Hey all! I hope this is allowed. I wanted to tell you guys about this product I just saw online at TJX that was also an add-on option and is currently in the Ipsy shop.

I bought this Beekman spray as an add-on and then the following week I went into my local TJX and saw the same product, more than twice the size, but $4 less.

I just wanted to share in case anyone else was wanting to try this or is also a fan of this spray like me!

The TJX website also has free shipping today only.

I've been using this product for a couple months now and I really like it! I like to use it right after getting out of the shower, I also use this right before applying my regular lotion and I believe it helps my lotion absorb better and deeper. It's great for spraying on hard to reach areas like my back as well.

I've also used this on my 4 year old who despises the feeling of regular lotion.

This isn't a fragrance spray, it's a moisturizing body spray. I'm not a huge fan of this (pictured) scent, but I don't mind using it because the scent doesn't stick around.

So far I have tried this scent—Juicy Peachy Lychee, Pure (unscented), Vanilla Absolute and Pistachio and Dark Cherry. My favorites are Vanilla and Pure. TJ Maxx' website currently has the Lychee and Pure in stock!

It’s getting out of hand imo

For the past three or four days, every time I open the app, I get a "webpage not available" error. Is anyone else experiencing this? I tried to see if clearing the cache would fix it, but to no avail.

I just saw that there are new arrivals in the shop, but nothing is opening for me. Literally everything I try to open on the site is blank.
Is anyone else having issues with the site?

Aside from the obvious... beginning of s new month , holiday, end of quarter inventory purge is there any other time to look for restock on the store?

Maybe Im being petty. But lately all my packages come smashed! This was for a friend's 50th Birthday Gift and it looks like I got it from the Clearance Bin! I gift a lot of my stuff and the past few months it all comes looking like this. So disappointing. Ive been a member since 2018 and never had this issue before CIRRO! Yes, I did email a complaint.

I did add the Tocobo spf but I double checked and did not add the serum. Happy accident!

Well, after nearly two weeks, multiple follow-ups, and finally escalating things, I received a response from an IPSY Care supervisor!

For anyone who missed my original post, I discovered that the REINA REBELDE On Your Face Setting Powder was advertised as “talc-free” on IPSY, despite the ingredient list on their website literally listing TALC as the first ingredient.

According to the supervisor, their Product team has now verified that the powder is indeed talc-free and that the ingredient information on their website was incorrect. They’ve acknowledged the discrepancy and are supposedly updating the product page.

I’m glad they finally addressed it, but I still have questions. How does something like this make it onto a product listing in the first place? And why did it take so long to get a clear answer?

Also, while waiting for a response, I received my October bag, and BOTH lip products had questionable textures.

- Tower 28 LipSoftie in Watermelon Kiwi: Grainy texture and a weird, off-color appearance.
- Huda Beauty FAUX FILLER Extra Shine Lip Gloss: Also noticeably grainy.

I brought those issues up in my follow-up email, and the supervisor has offered to send replacements for both products, which I appreciate.

So, credit where credit is due. IPSY finally provided an actual response, acknowledged the ingredient listing error, and offered to replace the two lip products.

That said, the original issue still concerns me. If you’re specifically advertising a product as free of a particular ingredient, the ingredient list should reflect that. Consumers shouldn’t have to question the accuracy of basic product information.

And while IPSY says they’ve verified that the powder is talc-free, I haven’t been provided with the corrected ingredient list or any independent verification.
I’m sharing their response for transparency because I know a few people were interested in how this played out.

PS: I’m concerned the replacement products are going to be just as bad.
