Third Generation Manual transmission
I wanted to hear your guys' opinion on what I should do, I left the transmission outside (without axles installed) thinking we would have sunny weather throughout a couple weeks when in reality it was actually quite humid.. my question to you guys is if I should just fill it up and send it and not worry about it or if I should attempt to sand off/scrape off the rust/grime? My concern is that if I try to Sand it, I'll just get dirt and abrasive bits inside the trans which will accelerate wear but on the other hand I feel like if I leave it be it'll spread/get worse? What do you guys think I should do?

Acura reveals limited-run Integra Type S, new flagship crossover and targets 200,000 U.S. sales by 2030
Acura is gunning for 200,000 annual U.S. sales by 2030, unveiling plans for five new and updated models that will expand the brand from four nameplates to six and push deeper into high-volume crossover segments.
The growth plan fills lucrative white spaces with two new crossovers while utilizing Honda platforms for faster development and lower capital costs. The move follows product cutbacks that left retailers with a thinner portfolio and fewer options for buyers moving up within the luxury brand.
Dealers got a preview of the limited-production Integra Type S in an iconic color planned for late 2026. Also revealed was a three-row flagship crossover, a two-row utility derived from the Honda Passport.
Acura showed U.S. dealers the new vehicles at a closed-door meeting Oct. 13 at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, outlining a focus on hybrids and crossovers after retreating from a strategy centered on fully electric vehicles
Acura revealed the next-generation RDX, which will introduce the brand’s new design language and hybrid powertrain. The company first teased the styling in August with a low-slung coupe concept featuring blade-like headlights and taillights inspired by the Acura “A” logo. A silhouette of the next MDX displayed sweeping rooflines, curved quarter panels and matching taillight treatments, one dealer said.
Acura will enter the adventure-lifestyle segment with a gasoline-powered, two-row rugged utility derived from the Honda Passport. The model, internally referred to as the “Acura Passport,” is expected in the first half of 2028. It is projected to reach an annual volume of up to 25,000. Rather than simply rebadge the popular Passport TrailSport, Acura plans to give its version unique exterior sheet metal, an upright front end, distinctive hood styling and rugged tires. “They took the same frame, same chassis, and they built an Acura version, and it looks really nice,” the retailer said.
At the top of the range, American Honda is preparing a pair of full-size three-row crossovers — one for Honda and one for Acura.
The Acura eight-seater, about 6 inches longer than the MDX and benchmarked against the Lexus TX, is internally known as the “Acura XL,” Automotive News reported in July.
Production is targeted for the third quarter of 2029, according to supply-chain sources, with a forecasted annual volume of about 30,000. Dealers described an upright, boxy profile reminiscent of a Range Rover, with broad shoulders, a large cabin and a horizontal light bar up front. The XL is expected to share a platform with the next-generation MDX and a Honda-branded three-row flagship internally dubbed “Honda Pilot XXL.”

New Generation (2023+) Now a part of the crew
Picked up this beautiful 2023 Integra A-Spec 6 Speed Manual, with the tech package of course. The blue is absolutely stunning. It was hard to find one of these, only has 42k miles. Traded my 2019 Mazda 3 Hatch in for it, serious upgrade if you ask me. This thing is a blast.
Any recommendations on upgrades to it? I ordered the short ram intake (doesn’t get hot enough here to matter this time of year) and the ktuner kit for it to have a slight bump in power in sport mode. If you guys have anything else I should check out, definitely let me know! I’ve been having a blast so far.

Photos 2000 Acura Integra GS-R purchase
Hey guys - have been lurking for a few years. finally found myself a 2000 GS-R. i'm 36 years old now and had this car from ages 17-19. Had to sell my first one to pay the bills from a DUI at the age of 19. I am now 6 years sober and once again a GS-R owner. Have been waiting for this day since the day i sold my original in 2009.

Brakes!
Hey yall, I have a relatively stock 1998 Integra GS and im trying to decide on a brake setup. I am planning on eventually swapping to the GSR drivetrain with a bolt-on only NA build. So i wont need crazy 4 piston calipers per se, unless it would be totally fine with clearance. Running 15in rims. I was looking at doing Brembo front snd rear rotors, with Hawk HPS 5.0 pads. The only issue if finding good OE calipers for a decent price that arent pairing them with pads. Id like to be less than 600-700 all around before taxes - which that setup would allow.
Just wanna get some ideas on the best oe size setup, or a setup that would be bigger but still allow full clearance.
Ive seen some people say 01 Type R calipers, 07 rotors (280 mm), with 04-08 TSX pads (which i could use the Hawk ones like id like).
Any other good combos? Thanks yall!
