Wondrous (Cloak) – Rare (520 gp, requires attunement)

This delicate pale yellow cloak has a hood with a pleated edge, a sheet of thick fur wrapped around the shoulders, and hand slits that can be opened and closed. A ribbon bow with pastel pink leafs and pale brown tips keeps the cloak secure around the collar.

While attuned to this cloak: you gain the ability to sense electricity with a range of 30 feet, which acts similar to blindsight; you can speak a command word to make the cloak spark with electricity, which emits normal light for 20 feet and dim light for another 20 feet; and once per day you can cast Call Lightning, DC 13.

While invested: you can sense minute electrical charges in living creatures, which you can use as a precise sense at a range of 20 feet. This distance increases to 100 feet against any creature that has used an electricity effect or taken electricity damage within the last minute.

Activate-Light [one-action] manipulate; Effect You make the cloak spark with electricity, emitting bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. You can extinguish it by repeating the action.

Activate-Lightning Storm [three-actions] manipulate; Frequency once per day; Effect The cloak casts lightning storm at your directive as a 5th-rank primal spell, DC 28. You can sustain the spell by interacting with the cloak.

Askuris is a genderless egregore born from the beliefs of an ancient Amazigh tribe, ancestrally Tuareg. Their spirit was shaped by the conviction of life after death, of an eternal afterlife, and was split into two entities: the wielder, Askuris, and the weapon, Lella. Together, their bond embodied death and judgement.

In their canon storyline, Askuris (later named Nales) loses part of their power early on and becomes half human. The burden of flesh destabilized them entirely. Adapting to human needs and emotions became a daily battle. Depression took root when their body became a prison instead of a vessel. They stopped caring for it.

Their remaining divinity keeps them near-immortal, but not enough to become the deity they were vowed to be.

This artwork is the version of Askuris that never was. Just concept art, not canon. But I might change my mind because I've grown fond of it.

This blue-green coat has a white collar with thick white vines hanging from it, and a shiny disk is attached to one of the white vines. The front pockets each have three thick red vines coming out the bottom, and the sleeves and coat bottom have red trim.

While attuned to this coat, you have advantage on rolls to identify objects, including magic items. Constructs and other creatures do not qualify for this, but a part of the creature may. For example, in the case of a spirit possessed doll, the advantage would apply to helping identify the doll, but not the spirit possessing it.
