Stolas might be into some wild shit but his time with Ricardo and his partners(?) might be the first non transactional sex he had since ages or his actual first.

Ricardo isn't just hot, but he seems to actually care, have the empathy or decency to make sure Stolas enjoyed the entire experience, was alright by the end and he did such a great job that Stolas quite literally left as a changed man. We did see a wild montage of what must have been hours of wild stuff. The encounter is a bit framed to show its not necessarily the healthiest thing Stolas could do, but maybe he actually needed it.

He is a mess and no action he takes will be black or white in such a confused mindstate, no matter what he does some people will be mad.

I just hope people will see Ricardo for who he is and that he sticks around. The worst thing we or the writers could do is to villify him or anyone Stolas hooks up with

I’ve been rewatching the “Dirty Bird” montage over and over and my thoughts have changed as I have picked up more details. I’m not a professional film analyst so I’d love to hear thoughts on what this all means. Three things I can’t get out of my head:

First, although the lyrics to “Dirty Bird” are devastating, visually Stolas is having a blast. If I could have found a way to have that much of a good time when I was morbidly depressed, I would have kept doing it too. There is maybe a little hesitation from Stolas in the first few scenes, but after that he’s lost in the sauce. The smile at “never known love”. The sex. The DANCING. The contented collapse and laugh at the end of the song.

Second, the intercutting of Stolas’ scenes with Blitzø’s scenes. For example, Blitzø pulls on a rope to climb a mountain and Stolas is pulled up by a rope while trussed up by the dom. The dom bites Stolas’ thigh and Blitzø bites into the juicy drumstick of the magpie he’s cooked. It gets even more interesting later in the song when Blitzø is doing sex-like movements but in completely different contexts, and it switches to Stolas making matching movements during actual sex—but they aren’t even on the same plane. At the end of the song, Blitzø collapses in exhaustion from the search for the plant, while Stolas collapses in exhaustion from the ahem events but is obviously satisfied. He laughs while the dom hands him a glass of water.

Third, at one point Blitzø LITERALLY MASTURBATES TO THE MEMORY OF STOLAS FROM A YEAR AGO. He has a sexy photo that Stolas sent him, in which Stolas is wearing a leather harness very similar to what he wears in some of the scenes with the dom. (Plus the fuckass hat). Blitzø is fantasizing about a past version of Stolas; meanwhile we’re watching real, actual, present-day Stolas.

I’m struggling to verbalize my thoughts on what this MEANS for their relationship and Stolas’ current state—and furthermore, how they can possibly reconcile. But this whole sequence was exquisitely crafted and totally deserves how much attention it’s gotten. What do you think?

Cassity is a jealous, irresponsible, obnoxious, self-projecting, gaslighting little bitch. That barn massacre was her fault and she knows it. Then she has the effing nerve to inflict her own inferiority complex onto Millie. Millie did nothing wrong. She at least had the heart to rush down there and save as many Stiffwood farmers as she could, meanwhile Cass was hyperfocused on killing Bladderloin and getting ahead of Millie in the assassin game. Cassity’s the real disgrace. She doesn’t deserve to die the Wrath way, which is exactly why Millie spared her in the brawl pit.

There. That’s my vent post. I swear, she managed to exceed Counselor Jimmy levels of hate from me, and I fucking HAAAATE that kid. She’s just a leech, like how Vox could’ve been if Alastor didn’t brutally reject him. Solely reliant on others for her rep. I don’t expect her ass to improve anytime soon. So once again, fuck her! (In a bad way)

I know some references in shows and such have references to IRL things so I didn't know if Safeword was one that had an IRL counterpart or if it was only in universe due to the Lust ring. Legitimately just curious lol

I haven't seen anyone mention or discuss this and I am very curious to hear some opinions on it.

We still have these moments and the rest of season 3 for things to get better. And there is a chance Blitz and Stolas found a way to clear things up. I know the last one is a bit ominous but who knows what it could be about.

When i watch the show i think the amount they curse is entirely realistic because how i grew up cursing wasn't special or taboo its just a word that adults say

My family would always just curse casually because it didn't mean much and now i curse casually because i dont think it means much

Often times characters are really excited or angry where realistically cursing a strange amount is normal

We dont really see the characters at their most casual most times where cursing might be more rare since in an episode there is always a problem to solve thus emotions are gonna be high in any direction

Okay. People need to stop asking how Octavia would feel about the Dirty Bird sequence and Stolas hooking up with other demons. I don’t want to be rude, but come on. It’s a dumb question.

How often do you want to think about your parent’s sex life?? I would HOPE never! How often do your parents consult you about their kinks to make sure you’re okay with them engaging in them in private? Again, I would HOPE NEVER!

She would be disgusted to see Stolas KISS somebody. She’s his kid. She doesn’t want to think about her dad intimate in ANY WAY with ANYONE. Stolas is hooking up IN PRIVATE. He is an adult allowed to do adult things.

Stolas is allowed to have kinks without thinking “oh geez what would my daughter think if she knew I was into spanking?”

Octavia is NOT thinking about Dirty Bird. She doesn’t want to. She never will. Unless some absolutely creep films it and shows it to her which is vile and a plot they should never do.

You can hate Dirty bird all you want but Octavia has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. Quite frankly it’s a little creepy how many people want to bring Octavia into Stolas’s sex and BDSM sessions. Just ewww

I'm not claiming that I know anyone specific who does this, or that it's the same people doing it. I'm just saying that I think it's hypocritical to criticize Stolas for his behaviour in Gimpy Gimpy when Blitzø acted the same way in season one, and back then it was treated as comedy.

In seasons one and two, Stolas tried to communicate with Blitzø and make it clear that he loved him. But Blitzø ignored him and treated him like shit.

Now, though, the roles have been reversed. Blitzø is the one who's trying, while Stolas is the one ignoring him.

If you think it's funny when Blitzø ignores and insults Stolas while Stolas is trying to get closer to him, but think Stolas is an asshole for ignoring Blitzø, then explain why. And it works the other way around, too. If you had a problem with the way Blitzø treated Stolas but now think it's funny that Stolas is ignoring Blitzø, I'd also like to know why.

Likewise, we shouldn't paint Stolas as the bad guy just because he's sleeping with other people when he and Blitzø aren't actually together. After all, we didn't judge Blitzø for sleeping with other people besides Stolas, either.

Personally, I'm not mad at either of them, but at the same time, I understand why they're both upset with each other. In both cases, I had the exact same reaction: "On the one hand, I get it. It's your life, and you're not together, so you can do whatever the hell you want... But can't you fucking see that he's trying to make you happy? Why are you hurting him?"

PREFACE : I know a majority of the people in the fandom right now absolutely hate Stolas not only because of his choices with Blizø, but because of his relationship with Octavia.

I marked this head canon mainly because I am also drawing from personal experience and dont expect anyone to feel the same.

Now to the thoughts I gots in my brain.

I believe Octavia will forgive Stolas and I also believe that forgiveness will be growth on her part. In previous episodes she was very hurt not only with Stolas “ruining the family”, but because of the fact that he was taking anti-depressants. She believed that because he had to take anti-depressants it meant that she wasnt enough for him to happy. Which is true, Stolas cant have sole happiness from his daughter. Dont get me wrong of course she is a huge part of it, but she cant be everything for her father.

Octavia feels like her father doesnt care at all and his choices prove that he never will. Although I agree his actions have been selfish, I think Octavia is being a little selfish too. (Bring out the pitchforks I know) I think Octavia also should have some understanding that the life he had before wasnt making him happy, his marriage made him miserable and he wasnt able to be himself sexually, he was only following expectations set by others.

Come in Blitzø now theres a whole new world out there. He can be gay and he can explore his sexuality and its exciting and new. He realizes he doesnt HAVE TO stay with Stella and he can go about a new way of life. Stolas did get carried away and left Octavia in the dark which was wrong, but he deserves happiness. He just hasnt found the balance.

He went up against Satan believing his life would end. Which would have left Octavia alone, but even at a young age he let her know even without him she would be okay. That she has strength to continue on without him. Im sure he thought of Octavia when he laid down his head for his death, but he saved lives by doing so. It was literally life or death for someone he cared about and showed him how to be himself.

Octavia was obviously hurt her dad had essentially chosen Blitzø over her, but I dont think shes taken any of his feelings into account either and this is something both of them need to work through.

This next paragraph is all about me so you can skip it.

Whenever I was younger and my parents split I was hurt like Octavia I felt like I wasnt enough to keep my family together and I was furious when my father started dating again. It took me a long time to realize that my dad was not happy in the life he previously had and that he was trying to find that for himself. I made it all about my feelings. I also had realized that my dad couldnt be the best for me if he was miserable all the time. So in the end I cheered him on and hoped the best for him and realized that there was room for me in that new life. I didnt have to worry about being thrown aside it was just different and a new adjustment.

I think Octavia will work through the pain of her father’s obviously misplaced mistakes like taking her to Loo Loo Land with his boyfriend. Almost a half hearted attempt to at least get his new life and his daughter to come together in a way.

The choice of Blitzø in that courtroom was life or death and not a reflection of how he felt about his daughter.

I see Octavia realizing that her dad deserves to be happy and is awkwardly trying to find it. Hes flawed hes making mistakes but thats kinda how it goes when youre leaving your entire world behind for the unknown. Hes figuring out what he wants in his personal life while thinking about his daughter and missing her. He cant really do anything about not being able to see her right now, so the least he can do is work on himself in the meantime.

TLDR: I think Octavia should also consider how Stolas feels even a little bit. He has a lot to apologize and make up for, but I think things will work out for them and their relationship in the end.

I think it's really off that some folks want Octavia to walk in on Stolas during sexual encounters just to underline he's a bad father. Criticizing his parenting is fine. Forcing his child into his intimate life to prove a point is not. Stolas can be held accountable without dragging Octavia into uncomfortable scenes. There's a difference between consequences and sexual humiliation involving his kid. The fandom should keep that line clear.

Something i noticed a while back is that while we have seen a lot about how desirable Stolas is, its treated very differently from how Blitzo is.

While Stolas is seen as currently desirable and going through a hoe era, Blitzo isnt really shown as hot. Every interaction with him sleeping around or trying to is either shown as a joke or to show he was shitty.

I feel like its an odd choice to make all his sexy or adventurous moments in the past or not really respected by the narrative while Stolas’s are front and centre.

And honestly now, I think Blitzo should have some sexy time away from Stolas. Being around him and being hung up on Stolas is just hurting Blitzo. And if Stolas doesn’t want a relationship, whats wrong with Blitzo having some fun.

It would be interesting to see how he would be like away from Stolas, maybe with Fizzy and Ozzie, or someone else.

And also, come on my boy is hot. But he never is shown to be and thats a shame (imagine a similar montage to dirty boy but its dom Blitzo 🤩).

And again, he deserves to have some fun if Stolas doesnt want a relationship. Its not like stolas stuck around to fix the relationship issues last time either. He fucked around. So let Blitzo do the same, it would be good for him.
