I've been chatting with support for 1.5 hrs. GoogleFi will not activate because the phone is supervised by Family Link. I can't tell if this is a person I'm chatting with but they have no idea how to solve this.

Anyone else succeeded with this?

Hotspot is extremely inconsistent, service is as well. I'm just baffled at how bad the service can be in this big year, and I live in a city. Everytime I reach out to customer service they give useless prompt responses.
