I just had to tell someone, Aurora is absolutely insane on Fried V, lead vocals and her drumming is just outstanding! Love the energy and the momentum they got going! Any wine lips listeners?
Their new album is just out and just like their previous stuff, it kicks ass.

Hi all, I recently interviewed Lenny Kaye for my blog, Highway 81 Revisited. I figured I’d share it here in case anyone would like to check it out. Thanks!

Long-shot but I'm making a videogame set in the 1980s and I'd like to use some authentic music from the time period. If anyone knows any bands I could reach out to that may let me use a track or two with full credits, please let me know!

New one from Adam Mathers, from the album Self Inflicted (2022). The video cut is taken from the 1:24 mark of the track. Feedback welcome. Artist on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/04RHezAVrgGW9odz3PC7Wz

Just dropped a new EP on the 1st. Hope y’all dig it!

Hey all, sharing another one from my album Reviving The U.S. — this is "Ignorant America," a 1:31 blast of DIY garage punk I recorded at home with no computer or DAW. It's a political protest song born out of frustration with the state of things. Feedback welcome — hope you dig it.

Hey everyone! I’ve been trying to get these underground rock anthems to the teams of Angus Young and Billy Gibbons, but corporate security bots auto-blocked me instantly just for sending text codes. So I'm bringing this straight to real music fans.
During the Soviet regime and the chaotic 90s, Latvian bands like LĪVI and MONRO produced tracks with an unbelievable, raw energy that the West completely missed. Go on YouTube right now and check out these specific songs:
Monro - Smagās apkaltās durvis (Pure heavy metal epicness with massive guitar work)
Līvi - Elektriskā zivs (A relentless, driving boogie-rock groove)
Līvi - Zīlīte (Top-tier blues-rock guitar tone from the late 70s)
Līvi - Es karājos tavā bizē (Haunting 90s sleaze-rock with an insane melodic solo)
Līvi - Piedod man (Uncompromising rock grit that echoes the best Bon Scott era)
Līvi - Lakstugailis (A wild, punchy classic written by rock visionary Juris Kulakovs)
Līvi - Atdod sevi man (A powerhouse arena rock anthem with huge vocal energy)
Līvi - Var jau būt (A beautiful, deeply emotional classic rock anthem with soaring melodies)
No links attached so this post stays safe. Just type any of these into your YouTube search bar and tell me which riff blows your mind the most. Let’s bypass the corporate gatekeepers!

I've been listening to them for a little now, I stumbled across them a while ago and I fell in love with the songs. I've listened to "3rd LP" and "Captain Easy's Downfall" but I wanna know does anyone else like them/know them and can tell me a little about them? Anyone have any songs I should check out by them? Thank you :P

Adam Mathers is a DIY garage-punk artist from Burleson, TX. "Runaway" is from his 2021 debut album Goodbye Wakefield Heights, tracked on a Boss BR-600 multitrack recorder with no computer/DAW — raw, stripped-down rock n roll. Would love to hear what real garage rock listeners think.

Adam Mathers is a DIY garage-punk artist from Burleson, TX. "Turning Blue" is from his 2022 album Self Inflicted, recorded on a Boss BR-1180 multitrack recorder with no computer/DAW — opens at the chorus around 0:31 if you want to skip straight to the hook.

I’m a 20 year old male guitarist who just moved here for school and I’m looking for some people to jam with. I really want to find people who want to write originals but can also bust out a cover.

I’ve been playing guitar for 6 years and I like to play a mix of garage with psych and punk, so Black Lips, Ty Segall, Thee Oh sees, early Gizzard, Angry Angles, etc… Among the 2010 revival I also love 60s garage with Count Five, The Seeds, etc.

Trying to find people around my age to jam, write, and play shows with and hopefully make some recordings. So shoot me DM if yur interested!
