Musk contributed more than $150 million to bolster GOP in Texas Senate race, filings show.
A more accurate headline would read: Musk, worlds richest man, and migrant to America as his 3rd resident country, again uses his wealth to influence in elections of his non native birth country, to consolidate his power and continue his criminality, by bankrolling corrupt politician Ken Paxton.

“The reason I got on the City Council was because I saw our property values declining or increasing at a level that was below the rate of inflation,” O’Hare said at the time. “When that happens, people move out of our neighborhoods, and what I would call less desirable people move into the neighborhoods, people who don’t value education, people who don’t value taking care of their properties.”

Private school vouchers only benefit the rich in major metro areas. Why? Because its not enough money to even cover the full costs of most private schools AND most Texans aren’t even within driving distance of a private school! Vote NO on Hotwheels Socialism for the rich!

Nothing to see here, really, except for the state "election czar" (a position that should essentially be non-partisan) fully backing a Republican and encouraging them to not debate

You may recall that Cary Chesire (TAD candidate), Tony Tinderholt (Commissioners Court), Bo French (O&G regulation), and several other local GOPs were all-in on defending this idea (since, logically, scrapped)
If you're not in favor of public executions streamed by the state, you can have a say on the types of people who represent you starting this Monday. Early voting locations are pinned in this sub.

Was your car hit by a small tree branch yesterday on I35 southbound somewhere near Berry exit?
I was driving to Burleson yesterday about 2:15pm and I was in the left lane when I heard a loud noise to my right followed by watching a small branch (about 2 ft long and probably 4 inches in diameter) fly past my car. Missed me by inches.
I looked to my right and saw a girl driving a smallish car and part of her left front wheel well cover was hanging off and she looked stunned.
I kept going but very soon after came across a truck hauling a bunch of tree branches. I got their plates and a short video if you want to reach out.

Is there anywhere that has a windsock being used outside that you can drive by?
I just found out my partner has never seen a windsock in use irl, and today would be the perfect day. Does anyone know of a business or something that uses a windsock?

Lookin for a line dance/ 2 stepping spot in Ft. Worth that's good on a Saturday night?
I'm from Conroe and I'm coming up with a group of 4 girls (we're between 22-31) for a concert. If Ft. Worth is anything like Houston, I know the crowd depends on the night and the spot that you go to. The concert ends at around 11 and it's too far from Mavericks or Red River (love those places lol)!
Billy Bob's I remember has an older crowd and they have a concert going on that night so cover is too expensive. What's the locals' opinion nowadays??? I see recs for Guitars and Cadillacs and Rodeo Exchange and Rhinestone Saloon but I have never been so I don't know what the vibes are
