not gonna lie, everyone who says otherwise is either sadists, or wasn't watching anime properly because it was perfect. it is more connected to cyberpunk 2077 than season 1 was. Kingsley was just peak and D had peak development. Talia was just my favorite since trailers and Roman DOES NOT DESERVE HATE. cyberpunk was and yet stays as my №1 anime

Honestly I respect her a lot for sticking by D's side all the way to the end. I also think her character and design are cool too.

He seriously chose certain death and Capri over the picture perfect tomboy, childhood friend, nomad gf? What the hell choom?!

For those who played the game, I felt that the first season was the main mission, and this new one is made up of side missions. It's no coincidence that we have several protagonists, and at some point, they meet, and the plot's main story unfolds from there! The soundtrack... The first season is marked by EXCELLENT soundtracks (largely due to the context in which they are used) that were very memorable. This one has some, but far fewer. The plot is basic to this universe: fighting corporations, surviving wars, and overcoming technology itself. The pace is MUCH slower than the first season (which is my only criticism of the first; it was very fast-paced in everything, despite the excellent development of the protagonist), and curiously, the character development (largely because we have several protagonists) I found very good, but without much depth or drama. It's not bad, but it's VERY far from what David was. The corporate aspect had more weight in this season, but honestly, I didn't care much!

Is it better than the first? In my opinion... Definitely not, and it was an almost impossible task! The first season simply has a story that, I believe, only "slightly moved" those who watched it, and the impact it left couldn't be surpassed, mainly because of that ending! And this second one is much more artistic, "conceptual," and even more "tranquil" compared to the previous story (and the game itself)! Very good, and I highly recommend it, but don't think it will be as impactful as the first.

D could've had that tomboy nomad choom as input, built the clan back up with her. Instead, went full gonk for that Saka Blackwall AI and revenge against a corpo that's already flatlined. D's a straight-up gonk, chooms.

I wasn't sure if D actually left the earth (they implied him and capri flew at something in the sky) or whether Lucy is still on the moon but this is the first thing I thought of and spent 20 minutes drawing it. Sorry it's not very good, it's just supposed to be funny and I don't usually draw things haha
