My maternal grandmother told my mom that she was kidnapped at 16, held for several days, SA’ed and released. This would have been around 1964-1965. She gave scant details (which I don’t blame her) through the years and my mom has always questioned if it was to scare her into acting right or if it really happened. My mother brought up to me today asking if I could find anything out. I have a basic set of parameters to begin a search but as my grandmother was underage I’m hitting a bit of a road block. My grandma passed around 17 years ago and from the info that was given to both my mother and I, we are able to piece together a 2 year time frame, rough location and who she was with at the time of the abduction. Trying to search online newspapers for any mention of a kidnapping is turning up nothing. If I do a FOIA would they be able to tell me anything since A. She was a minor and B. I can’t be sure of anything?

The hint i guess is the fireextinguisher which is most probably france/belgium, so i would guess in Lille, but want to know the name of this restaurant/bar. Due to video containing people i dont want to share the whole image. But maybe details is enough? :)
