Hey guys! So I’m trying to move out of state but I don’t want to leave my roommate hanging. Looking for a chill roommate. Located on Dallas Dr. 2 bed 2 bath with patio. Washer and Dryer included. There’s a pool and gym as well. It would be until the end of June. Rent is approximately $850 after utilities but that may be a bit cheaper because summer is up and our usage of ac was what really shot the utilities up. With is being cold, the ac shouldn’t have to be on as often. Move in date depends on if I find someone but i’m willing to work with you on a move in date. Fairly soon though, after I find someone to take over the lease, the process for me leaving with be expedited. My space and bathroom will be deep cleaned before you move in so you don’t have to worry about that. (i’ve only been here shy of 4 months)
