Campaigning Made some resources for Singularity!
Hey yall! I've been running the homebrew campaign Singularity for my Agents and they're all loving it so far. I made a bunch of handouts and resources for them as we all play in person, and I just thought I'd share for anyone else looking for more clues and things to give to their players! I'd highly recommend the campaign, and if you're interested, you can find it here! - https://lecham.info/
GDrive link with full lot of clues here - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JDOMQL54TKuhXfpoc-scdzy1fV3FY7xf?usp=sharing
Inside, there's polaroids of all the characters the players can meet (still need to make more, but the bulk of characters are there!), character sheets for the SWAT Agents the players will play in Chapter 1 (shoutout to my friend Em who made two of them!), and I made an audio that's the phone call that originally trips up Delta Green at the start of the scenario; I played it just before "briefing" the SWAT agents in the back of the van in Chapter 1.Huge shoutout to the Delta Cream community for recording themselves, wouldn't have been possible without them, and to Cody Scott (Singularity's author) for the track used in the background - it can be found on the Campaign website!
I also made a bunch of screen bites from the bodycam footage of the dead SWAT agentsthat the players will receive in Chapter 2. I modified my run-through slightly, in so that the players do not know the identity of Mircalla or Lucy at the start of Chapter 2, so the Handouts have snippets of them labelled as "Person of Interest 1 and 2". I'm still working on more clues, so I might add more as things go along, like social media profiles and more images.
Some of the clues are tailored to my Players, so if you'd like an editable version feel free to DM me and I can send you the Canva link where you can get a copyable version!

Scenario Seed Looking for a particular shotgun scenario - The Green Box Heist
I'm accumulating some more DG shotgun scenarios to run (they are so fun!), and one that was recommended to me was The Green Box Heist. I found it, but the only problem is it's on that scam site, Scribd. Does anyone know of anywhere where this scenario is posted legit? Itch.io, anything?
Thanks!

Open Source Intel South Cthulhu Regio Anomalies
In 2015 New Horizons flew by Pluto. The area now known as the Belton Regio was initially called the Cthulhu Regio by an online poll. I made this with one of the released images at the time.
I finally picked up Delta Green a few days ago and remembered this was in my Google Photos somewhere. In Delta Green I supposed they would have gone with a different name.
These enhanced areas were obviously never released to the public.

Items of Mutual Interest I feel like I dont do enough sanity checks
We sometimes come to the end of a session and I realize I should have had them roll way more sanity checks then they have. I guess im sort of "desensitized" from other games? Seeing some dead adventurers in DnD for example?
Any thoughts or recommendations here?

Campaigning I need help introducing a new player in the God's Teeth campagne Spoiler
We begun the first scenario "Go Forth", we've done the first session for now which was basicaly introduction with the agent and the friendlies, and scrapping up some information about the Cornucopia house. We are about to play the preparation phase (stealing guns and cars etc...) and another player was interested about playing with us.
I need help for inspiration for introducing this player in a organic way to this campaign.
Thank you very much !

Actual Play Reports The Faces We Wear: Chapter 1 - How It Went Down >:)
Last weekend was our group's playthrough of Chapter 1 of my homebrew Halloween scenario, The Faces We Wear. I accidentally overbooked and ended up with seven players (đ±), but they still managed to do extremely well.
I made a write-up of the story as it happened, complete with all the images and handouts. You can read it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1udohDTM2mRHaiA6mRQ5DfvdvN4h0IXnGmDKjKrOoZts/edit?usp=drivesdk
Share your reactions! It's my first fully original scenario and I'm dying to know what people think. (I previously incorporated The Child short into a hurricane/disaster scenario, which was fun as well.)
Also, tell me if you'd like to see a polished module you can run at your table; I'm happy to publish that if there's interest. :)
***
We still have a space for Chapter 2 this weekend, so if you'd like to join this or any future games with us on Discord, you can check the details here: https://luma.com/deltagreen

Campaigning "Stay on the Case" Home Scenes Between Scenarios
I'm about to get into Home Scenes with my players - we have just completed operation Fulminate (which was our first scenario), and are about to start Extremophilia. Since these scenarios are unrelated, if one of my players chooses "Stay on the Case," I'm a bit stumped on how to give them a valuable clue.
If they study what happened in Fulminate, they could learn more details about that case, but I don't see that being related or "valuable" to the mission ahead.
How could they study something that would be valuable for Extremophilia if they haven't been introduced to it yet?
I suppose learning any little tidbits about the Unnatural could be considered valuable, but that would lean more into the "Study the Unnatural" home scene.
This is especially tricky if they roll a fumble and I need to come up with a clue that sounds valuable but is actually false and misleading.
Am I thinking of this the wrong way? Appreciate any advice!

Media Can we please acknowledge how good the sound design on Stories & Lies run of Godâs Teeth is?!
I mean Oxenfreeâs Episode was already great but Episode 24 blew me away (no spoilers). Big shout out and how can we nominate you for awards or such things, you truly deserve it. And ad free too!

Published Scenarios Made a GM cheatsheet for Music from the Darkened Room (OSR-layout)
Uses good OSR-like bulleted layout practices to make it super easy to run and reference at the table. Thought I'd share this here to help other new Delta Green GMs struggling to prep their scenarios like I was before this. Recommend first reading the OG pdf in full then using this to reference important details.
Asked here earlier if this was ok to share and got a great response so posting it properly now: https://www.reddit.com/r/DeltaGreenRPG/comments/1xcdjua/
Here's the PDF: https://darkenedroom.sorakalden.com

Items of Mutual Interest This RPG has some of the best merch out there
And amusingly, this came to mind when I realized I had swag from the Cowboys, the Program, and the NRO.

Published Scenarios I made awesome GM notes for Music from the Darkened Room
is that something im able to share here to help others running it too or is that not allowed? super proud of my meticilously organized notes haha and they made it super easy to run this while i was really struggling before. also do resources like this exist for other dg asventures? i find them super hard to prep personally
edit: seems like it should be fine so here you go! https://mftdmnotes.sorakalden.com/

Campaigning Getting ready to run God's Teeth
I'm getting ready to run God's Teeth in a month or two. It'll be an online game, but I still couldn't resist making the cat folder as a physical prop.
Any tips from folks who have already run the campaign? I am especially interested in what operations you ran during the spiral and, if applicable, during the long years. Along with any dos and don'ts.

I'm planning on running this shotgun scenario https://fairfieldproject.wikidot.com/sonata-for-snow . Does anyone have any recommendations for creepy/otherworldly violin or violin adjacent music? I'd also be interested in any other advice/resources for this scenario.

Open Source Intel Sentinels of Twilight
Saw this article about the park services being word about a recent closing in the Shenandoah National Park. Great intro materials if you want to tweak Sentinels, or use it for your own home brew.

Fiction Stephen King's Dreamcatcher
I was re-reading my beaten copy of this and my girlfriend noticed. Well, now we're watching the movie lol.
Operation: Blue Boy, the shit weasels, Mister Grey and the groups psychic abilities all seem perfect for DG.

Published Scenarios Looking for a 1 to 2 session scenario
Hey there, I want to take a break from pathfinder and run another delta green scenario for my group. We have already done Last Things Last, Fulminate, PX Poker Night, and Victim of the Art in the past. Our sessions are usually 4-5 hours, and I want to spend 1 to 2 sessions on this.
Currently I am considering Music from a Darkened Room, and Sweetness, but I am not sure if there are other cool scenarios out there that fit the bill. I especially value scenarios that have a bunch of community made digital handouts and evidence pieces for me use since I had a great time with those in the past.
Would really appreciate advice!

Open Source Intel Any advice on how to make Agents more⊠serious?
Is there anything I can do to nudge my Agents into engaging in more serious role play without being overbearing or making it not fun?
Iâve started running Delta Green for a few of my friends, but they all are trying really hard to be funny, and are very nervous to role play. Two of my players named themselves Herbert Hoover and Charlie Kirkland.
Iâm not against playing funny characters, but them almost refusing to role play is kind of exhausting me. Iâm starting to doubt if this is the right game for them.
One one hand they REALLY like the investigative side of Delta Green, and seem excited about session 2. They also are big fans of the government conspiracy vibe. On the other, I know that they all can role play, Iâve played DnD with them before, they just arenât doing it in this game.
Currently weâre halfway through Last Things Last, and so they havenât met Marlene yet. Do you all think Marlene will be enough to invest them into role play, and are there any tips more experienced Handlers can give me? Thanks!

Actual Play Reports OPERATION: HESTIA IS SO MUCH FUN
Link to Operation: Hestia (or Everyone is Agent Johnson)
I ended up DM-ing this oneshot for two groups back-to-back last week - my regulars who have done multiple missions together and have a feel for the system, and last second subbing in for a group of newbies and just going with what I had prepared.
Both groups loved it and had so much fun! The newbies immediately demanded I come back and DM for them again.
You can see in the attached photo how I prepped the character sheets. I had great fun âassigningâ the character sheets to my regular group, and having the second group âshuffleâ and distribute the characters. Watching everyoneâs face light up when they realized what was going on was so delightful.
I decided to split the difference between having the building be open or closed - the agents could leave the Hausdorff Building to get to their car, but every building surrounding them is just an identical copy of the Hausdorff, and entering the front door of a âdifferentâ Hausdorff just brought them right back to the same interior. I think that helped reinforce the idea that everything is copies of copies without feeling too confined.
This is like the perfect bottle episode and I think every DM should have it in their back pocket.
