Bolt removal on differential front member
1998 Subaru Impreza L. It is a manual and a Coupe.
I am trying to lower the rear differential to access the top of my fuel tank. Thus I started by trying to lower the differential front member. I got the passenger side lowered just fine. I started on the driver side till suddenly I heard a loud POP. The bolt on that side is now free spinning, not tightening nor loosening. How can I get the bolt off to lower this?

2015 Toyota Highlander ball joint castle nut wonāt come off now nut stripped.
So Iām replacing my ball joints control arms, inner/outer tie rods, sway bar links.
In Texas and all bolts are ruÅt free. Soaked all bolts and nuts with PB Blaster before I started and during disassembly.
After removing the cotter pin I couldnāt get the castle nut off of the ball joint. Had to use a wrench. About 1/2ā clearance between top of bolt and steering knuckle.
Anyway, removed cotter pin, PB Blasted it and let it soak for at least an hour, blasted it again, even torched it but couldnāt remove it. Now the damn nut is stripped!
I donāt think I can get a nut splitter over the bolt and donāt think it would split the hardened nut anyway? Thought about drilling it but again itās a black hardened nut. Seems like my only option is to cut it off with an angle grinder?
What do you all think? Thanks

Can't find where wire connects Chevy truck
Recently replaced exhaust manifold on 2008 Chevy Colorado 2.9 , can't figure out where to connect this loose ground wire which is apparently essential for the truck to fire up - wire is in the above picture - tried several areas no luck so far

I am one oil sump bolt away from getting this 2006 Citroen Berlingo 1.6hdi back on the road⦠but it wonāt come out because of clearance I think? Itās an E5 Torx bolt, any tips would be fantastic!
Also would the best option just to be cut it off and replace using a regular bolt?

Advice on majorly wonky bumper cover please
I know it would be best to just replace it, but I can't afford that right now, and driving without it in my state will cause me to fail my yearly inspection.
I'm wondering if I can take it off and use a rubber mallet or something to bend it back into a closer to normal shape, then use something like JB weld on the cracked tabs, replace some clips and try to get it mostly back on correctly, with minimal zip ties. But I've never tried to fix a bumper cover before and I'm not sure if that's the best approach.
I would appreciate any advice that doesn't involve spending more than $100, atleast until I can properly replace it.
TIA
