Bought this reverse camera off eBay for a fiesta hopefully it will do the job but where do I start I bought everything I needed I believe so it should work

1998 Subaru Impreza L. It is a manual and a Coupe.

I am trying to lower the rear differential to access the top of my fuel tank. Thus I started by trying to lower the differential front member. I got the passenger side lowered just fine. I started on the driver side till suddenly I heard a loud POP. The bolt on that side is now free spinning, not tightening nor loosening. How can I get the bolt off to lower this?
