Oh well, I have this after my gym and taste nice
Regret that I've added the sweet onion sauce

But I do enjoy this meal....
What do you have after your gym??
Mind to share with me??
Or what is your Subway menu in your country??

Trying to Make Better Food Choices Without Overthinking It
I've been trying to make a few small changes to my eating habits lately. Nothing too strict, just trying to eat more home-cooked food and pay a little more attention to what's on my plate.
I've noticed that when I'm busy, it's easy to grab whatever snack is nearby instead of making something proper. So, I've started keeping simple foods around that I can prepare quickly. Even having some fruit ready or making an easy meal at home feels like a good step.
I'm not trying to eat perfectly every day. Some days are better than others, and that's okay. I think the important thing is to find a routine that works for everyday life rather than following a plan that's too difficult to maintain.
Making healthier choices feels much easier when I keep things simple and don't put too much pressure on myself.
