You do not need to identify yourself personally or your branch or location, just say something that lets us know your request is valid.
For now, we're only planning on a general 'Employee' flair text, but if you want a special designation of your job field, we may be able to do that.

Edit ....
We've been getting requests from members who have not participated within the community at all. We'd like to see some post and/or comment history to see how you address questions and issues.

I don’t know why I let it surprise me that a lay-off that happened at the end of July, paperwork returned in August, separation following WARN at the beginning of October, it’ll be into November before I get my severance pay. Why they’re allowed 3-4 pay periods to get around to something, but sure as shit if I owed them something, they’d nickel and dime me to death.
Siiiigh, okay I should quit while I’m ahead.

It is nearly impossible to speak with a human for customer service. I opened a card and never used it - got a fraudulent charge for a hotel on the opposite side of the country and spent hours trying to submit a dispute. I got hung up on multiple times. (All while listening to the worst saxophone hold music of all time.)
I’ve dealt with several credit card companies and Citi is by far the worst.
Avoid like the plague!!
**Edited to add - I have the Citi Diamond Preferred card

Hi,
I had an interview three weeks ago. Last week, I received another requisition for the same role and job description as the initial one I applied for. For this new requisition, I need to complete a questionnaire regarding my licenses and expected salary. Is this a good sign, or is it just typical for Citi?
Thank you!

My wife and I are looking to set up a joint CC at Citibank. It will be under her name, for her home business, and I'll be an authorized user/employee. She would like to set up the login with 2FA and I'd like to be able to log in to the top level account (not just my AU card) as well (she's OK with this).
She can give me the User/Pass, but how can I get 2FA access without having to bug her if/when I want to log in? Is it possible to have the same 6-digit key generator running on her phone/app and mine, or is there a way to authorize two different people, with different generators to one account?
TIA

I have never encountered any CS like this in the US!! It’s so frustrating and takes way too long to get to someone and when I finally do, I swear that any rep I talk to is either rude or just plain stupid, speaks directly from the script and mumbles around.
Today, I finally snapped and told the CS how rude she sounds and her approach is very combative like she wants to prove it’s my fault I have fraudulent charges. I’ve never encountered any CS like this and usually when I dispute a charge, it doesn’t take too much effort like I’m doing now!
I’ve gotten the name and would like to file a report for this particular CS rep because I’m so done with them.

I applied and was approved for the Costco Visa. I was immediately given a temporary virtual card that I could add to my Apple Wallet. I used the card a couple times, and the third time I used it - declined. I called and waited on hold for 42 minutes and spoke to a representative who told me that she was unable to verify my identity and needed to mail me a letter with a code on it that I could call back in and provide. That was 10 day ago. Still haven’t received such a letter, no one in customer service can help. If they can’t “verify” me, why approve a new account? If they want to be sure I’m actually who I say I am, why can’t they do a knowledge-based questionnaire instead of mailing a letter to the address I provided at the time of application? Stupid.

Does anyone else experience this? I think this particular notification stopped working for me a few days ago for my Citi Double Cash. I reinstalled the app, it didn't fix the issue.

For context, I have moderate adhd (non-disclosed to my team because I can usually manage). However, for the past two weeks, I’ve been having difficulty focusing at work. My anxiety is through the roof as there are hundreds of people talking over each other on Zoom calls. It’s like a f*cking call center. Worse is when I hear the passive aggressiveness/cussing of all the people taking these calls and borderline raising their voices at the other line. There is no space to take a quick breather. I question whether this company especially at 388 can really ever mandate a full RTO

Interviewing a role in tech. What’s the process? How many rounds of interview? What signs should I look for during the process?

Citi Personal Banker—worth the switch?
I recently interviewed at Citi. It went well, but the expectations gave me pause: 25 calls daily, staying after closing, and no regular sales incentives beyond potential year-end compensation. The manager also commented that he dislikes employees calling out sick.
I have 10+ years in banking and currently earn $68K working 35 hours a week. If Citi offered around $85K, would the increase justify the additional workload and reduced flexibility?
Current or former Citi employees: Are these expectations normal? What do annual raises, bonuses, and promotion opportunities actually look like?

My card randomly gets declined and I get a text saying to call the fraud hotline. I wait 45 min to be told they can’t verify my identity using the phone number I’m calling from????
the lady asks if I have another phone to which I say not many people carry multiple phones I provide my work cell phone number but that can’t be used as well. How else am I supposed to verify my phone number??? makes 0 sense. This is horrible

Had been working fine for years and suddenly stopped a few days ago , I went in the app and it was still on and I toggled it off and back on and still not working . Any ideas?
Edit: looks to be a system wide issue and it’s down for everyone. Call Citi tech support and complain till they fix it! 1-800-347-4934

My online banking has been blocked. I'm calling the number in the email I received and at the back of my card but absolutely no one is picking up.
