After reading again the excellent work CoP and CoP2 are, I'm currently in the middle of CoP3 and this book is such a CHORE to go through omg you can tell that this is when the writing went downhill and that this is when they started to heavily rely on A.I because the general plot is so weak and uninteresting compared to the first two books. Neither did MC nor Trystan feel like the same characters I grew to love so much. I think it was kinda interesting that they made them fight over the wedding prep because it would have been a good idea to suggest that they were maybe rushing into marriage after dating only a few months lol (the book where Trystan proposes to MC was really cute, btut still lol) but their fights' sole purpose in this is to make them have make-up sex after (and don't even get me started on that scene where they hookup in those cops' office) while in the process completely destroying the character development they both had in the previous books. Also, I hate how mean MC is with Trystan in this, like sometimes you don't even have a choice but to give him a cold answer when it's totally unwarranted and I hate to hurt him lol and I also hate the CoP3 cover so much, like who is this man???? Not MY Trystan Thorne!

I just had an in app notification saying 'Fangs for reading' and that I'd earned the minimum reward for reading and that I collected it. I didn't collect it and it wasn't reflected in the diamond balance. I restarted the app and now the notification is gone. Did anyone else get it or have this issue?

So, I haven't posted in a minute and actually said I'll stop but now I have a question.

I participated in the Bloodbound reading event, and read through all 3 books by Sunday. Yet, I haven't received my reward.

Is it because I'm not signed in with an account? (I wanted to sign in with a new account but the option isn't there and it forces me to have to use my old one which I don't because of all the books I've read now)

I took a screenshot of the It Lives reading event, and nowhere does it mention you have to be signed in. If you do, they should either not send these notifications to us non-logged-in people, or mention that fact.

Either I got completely bamboozled, or my mind is brainwashed. I went in on this book thinking it was apart of the original ones. Then I saw the sprites and now I am officially disappointed in myself.

I decided to romance Yvette - honestly, mostly just because I'm around her all the time, and I literally never see Julia. But now the book is trying to make me piss her off for the ratings, and I feel a little guilty about it. In the log run, I don't know if I can lie to her while trying to get her to let down her guard and be vulnerable with me. So I'm wondering if I should start the book over and just go for Julia. Buuut I'm already on chapter 6, so it's a lot to reread, especially since I bought all the diamond scenes.

What should I do??

What I mean is, what have you learned from reading the choices stories that you love?

Now, DON'T give me any of this 'power of friendship', hallmark/birthday card pish... I want the good stuff!!

For example, lesson one,

• Rich, old ladies are NOT to be trusted. Like hardly ever.🤨 i don't care how charming they seem, i'm calling bullshit.

• Always be wary, or at least a little on guard, of the meek and quiet, often belittled or overlooked types. Those MF's don't fuck around.

• For heaven's sake, stop moving to quaint little towns next to woods, there's always something in the damn woods!!

• The dress is hardly ever worth it.

• And, obviously, it goes without saying that one really can't have too many fancy hats!

Now, what are some of your favourite pearls of wisdom? Hmm?

been playing the “It Comes at Night” book and couldn’t help the disappointment I felt. I’m not sure about what’s going on with pixelberry (I mean, in their 2025 post that I read they were saying that there are still humans working on design of the games), but at this point I’m honestly tired of AI backgrounds, they don’t add to the story like human-made ones did, they‘re just irritating, at times going as far as taking the reader out of the whole experience, because it’s hard to concentrate on the plot when the windows are too weird to ignore.

the thing is, the premise of the book is great, the setting is amazing (couldn’t stop thinking about how good backgrounds made by humans would have looked), it could have been a great book, and that’s the most disappointing part.

is there a way to influence pixelberry, to at least ask them to use some of the past backgrounds for change? because tbh I’d rather have old backgrounds that looked alive repeated than see these new AI-generated images that have no life in them (I also really miss the way they made the lights glimmer, the animations of water flowing, adding dynamic to the background). sorry for an emotional post, I just got really upset.

Jimmy insecurities were very realistic. The immense pressure of having your friends be successful while you’re constantly rejected and stagnant in life. he’s one of my favorite antagonists .

His side comments throughout the story definitely reminded me of the friendships I had where you have competitive friends who wanna see you do good but never better than them.

But gurrlll if you’re gonna betray me you could’ve used that money to buy an apartment or a car. You can be a shtty friend but I will not allow you to be a financially irresponsible friend.

I also found their confrontation scene so hilarious like He just scoots away on his hoverboard once the paparazzi is done taking pictures.

Can anyone recommend any books similar to HSS and HSS Class Act. I recently finished the series and LOVEEEDDD IT VERY MUCH. It really makes me miss my earlier gameplay on this app🫶
