I'm making an artificial Sunken Sea biome all the way to the surface to in a sense "restore" the Sunken Sea to it's former glory. I'm doing this because I know that the next update was going to expand on the sunken sea content, but now unfortunately we won't get that. Let's hope we get Calamity back, and may ozzatron burn in hell and suffer.

Just now getting a PC and can play this mod, beat base terraria 100+ times. Curious if any advice for this mod/ best class for the most enjoyable first play-through

if i have for example 50 souls in my inventory, and i load one of them to super heated plasma cannon, the whole stack just disappears from my inventory and i find it from my magic storage. so i can use only one soul(50 ammo) and then i have to run back to my magic storage and take one more soul, which makes the weapon practically useless.

why this happens, i cant find any reason for this. im only using some small qol mods with calamity, and i dont have any mods that does anything to calamity's weapons/mechanics

edit: it only happens with souls of flight, idk why

sooo the last time i played terraria was in august and i finished my first calamity playthrough and now i want to play terraria but idk what overhaul mod is an S+ mod and worth my time

My main problem rn is damage. I have all my accessories shown forged to menacing, my weapons (doing a melee run) are all on godly/legendary, and I'm also using the ultima cake, wrath potion and sake for extra damage. Now despite that, after fighting for 3 whole minutes moonlord is still at over 80% health. I usually make it to about 4 minutes before dying, and the lowest I got him was 65%. Wtf???? If there is ANYTHING I can change with my build can someone please say, I need my damage up.

Now for the move set, I need help with 3 of his moves. No1 is when he uses that eyeball to make 2 lasers close in on each other (1:58 - 2:01). Idk how to dodge it at all and just pray I dont get hit, most of the time that doesnt work. No2 ranges from 2:16 - 2:26. Once again idk how to dodge it consistently. No3 is 2:26-2:39, I cant tell when the orbs will spawn or where, and they seem to go in random directions so idk how to dodge that either. Everything else is more that doable. No1 is a very big problem for me idk what to do against that at all. If anyone has some advice I'd appreciate it.

Or maybe this new timeline also has God Slayer and Brimstone witch, but more Fabled?

I wanna do a summoner playthrough but I know that there arent any whips added by calamity, and i wanna get a full experience, so is there like a good mod that adds some whips in, or something else? Thanks!

I'm playing melee and wanna know what weapon should I use against them, I'm currently fighting them with an orderbringer (I already defeated scal btw)

this summon is pre exo mechs aswell, and i used unofficial calamity whips mod for my summoner playthrough and it can almost do 1b damage..

Planing on playing with a friend (he will be playing for the first time)

Were finishing the vanilla game on 1.4.5.8 and since 1.4.4 imo there werent any groundbreaking changes but some stuff they added was cool and would interestingly interact with calamity

So idk if its worth waiting (however long that will be) or just screw it were playing while we still have the terraria phase

I know there's been a lot of drama, and I think art and music pulled from the mod? Or there was going to be? After I assume the dust settling a bit, how fucked is the mod? Is it more or less the same as it was just you know, no new updates coming etc?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone knows why every time I fight slime god it just end up say " slime god is no longer after you" and running away it's just the core that leaves I still have to fight and kill the slimes but it's locking me out of statagel any help would be great thank you!!!

I know it’s an apple, but besides granting extra health to those who eat it, is it sweeter than the average apple? What makes it different outside of extra health?
