Ok, here's the back story. I've been baking a lot recently because I've been working with a dietician for health reasons and it's just so much easier to make stuff at home. So everything is getting meal prepped and organised.
I started making large muffins. And where I live it hard to get large muffin cases/wrappers. So at first I was just cutting up baking paper and making the cases, but with the amount I've been baking, that was getting annoying quickly.
I went online and ordered a box of 450 wrappers. And well the look great! But the issue I'm having is they are sticking to the muffins.
And having little bits of paper stuck to my muffin is obviously not ideal.
I was not having this issue with the baking paper.
So my question is, can anyone recommend a large cafe-style baking case can be ordered online (bonus point if in Australia), which you have personally used and haven't had any sticking issues.
Or recommendations of something I can do differently in my baking process which may aid with the sticking issue.
Thanks!

I made this matcha cheesecake with two layers: a creamy classic cheesecake layer on top and a matcha layer underneath.
I really like the contrast because the matcha adds that slightly earthy bitterness, while the plain cheesecake keeps everything creamy and balanced. I dusted the top lightly with matcha just before serving.
Recipe here if you’d like to make it: https://butterjoykitchen.com/matcha-cheesecake/

I'm having a few friends over this weekend to help with household stuff (furniture building and what not) and I am planning on making lunch in the form of subway style sandwiches, where people can make their own sandwich with ingredients I've bought BUT I'm overwhelmed by all the options there are to make for breakfast.
Does anyone have any fun or different ideas for breakfast that can be prepared the night before? I don't need a recipe if you don't have one on hand that's fine, I just wanna pick the brains of fellow baking enthusiasts.
Things I have already thought of are bread & butter style French toast, Cinnamon Buns, or Muffins but I want to go out of my comfort zone a lil bit and experiment. People who are coming have no intolerances or dislikes when it comes to baked breads/pastries so the sky's the limit. TIA! (I'd also love to see photos of anything anyone's made if you were willing to share)

I wanted an infinity-shaped soft pretzel, so I just had to make it happen :) I filled them with a bit cheese and topped with sesame seeds. Wish self-granted

These turned out so well, they were perfectly soft, fluffy, and gooey! If your oven runs hot, I recommend cutting down the bake time by about 5-10 min to ensure the inside doesn't get overbaked/dry/crusty.

175g Unsalted butter
90g cooking chocolate
270g golden granulated sugar
3 eggs
2tbs vanilla essence
50g cocoa powder
1tbs salt
125g plain flour
1tsb baking powder
Chocolate chips
Chocolate fudge brownies 🍫
☆ The oven has to preheat at 180° (or gas 4 if you have a gas oven)
☆ You melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl that's over a pot of boiling water until the steam has melted all of the chocolate butter.
☆ Then take the bowl off the pot and shift in the cocoa powder (this makes the cocoa powder bloom from the heat of the chocolate/butter giving it a more chocolaty taste) and the salt and whisk it gently by hand.
☆ In a separate bowl, whisk your eggs, sugar and vanilla essence on high till the mixture becomes like a light coloured meringue and doubled in size. Once thats done, add the mixture and whisk it slowly till its all incorporated. After that, shift in your flour and baking powder before throwing in your chocolate chips and gently fold it together until everything is all mixed.
☆ Pour the batter into a square pan/dish (lined with parchment paper) and bake in the oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
Chocolate ghosts 👻
☆ For the chocolate ghosts, cut a square piece of parchment paper, then put some pieces of white chocolate into a piping bag and let it melt in a cup of hot water until it's all melted. Then take the piping bag and cut a small hole on the tip of the bag and start to draw your little chocolate ghosts on the parchment paper.
☆ After that, leave the chocolate to cool in the fridge while the brownies cool down after cooking. Finally peel off the chocolate ghosts from the paper and place them wherever you want on the brownies.
Have fun baking! 👻 🎃 If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask 😊

I made this strawberry Cake for my 2 year olds birthday party.
Used recipe below. But used fresh cream and more strawberries for filling and decorations to keep the sugar level a smidge more moderate

Seems like a hot so far, but I should make some tweaks, either adding more cherries or using cherry jam to create a filled centre in the cookie, really happy with they came out, good base to refine on. 🍒

Made cheesy puffs, cinnamon swirls topped with nuts and dates stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with streaky bacon. My first attempt at baking something 😊

This is for my son’s birthday, and he wants a realistic CHOCOLATE Pusheen plush cake. I’ve taken on some cake challenges over the years, but I’ve never carved cake into a non-cake shape. What kind of cake do I need to be making and does anyone have a chocolate recipe that would work? A type of sponge? Pound cake? I don’t even know the options. If I understand correctly, the wrong cake can result in a crumbly mess when trying to sculpt this.
I want to make a cherry or mixed berry compote between 4 or 5 8-inch layers, and I’ll be covering with fondant.

This is sounding like good news for me cooking this upcoming week. I have 21 muffins in total, need to make 9 more tomorrow and will then have 30 to bring in on Tuesday. My arms and feet kind of hurt but I’m about to head home and go to bed. t. I think that with the third set, using baking cups that were adequately sized helped wih the formation/shape of them. I mixed up tablespoon and teaspoon for baking powder on the first set, and I actually completely forgot to add the melted butter on the second go (my mom said they were still good but just tasted like they were gluten free.) I have mini baking cup liners because i assume the other tray is a small/mini one? Even with the things I messed up on it sounds like everyone still liked them which is the goal. I didn’t save the muffins that didn’t look as presentable.

Hi everyone, I was first introduced to ube cake when my neighbor gifted it to me on thanksgiving and since then I have tried to recreate it but has not got the same light, airy, mildly sweet and amazing texture. I would have asked my neighbor but unfortunately she moved and I don’t have her contact.
Can someone share the ube chiffon cake recipe which they swear by and it comes out perfect everytime .

I am looking to make a recipe from the early 2000's and the ingredients list calls for "1/2 cup chopped dried tropical medley fruit", what would be in "tropical medley fruit" for that time period? I see that It's Delish has a "tropical medley" and a "tropical deluxe", so I assume that would work, but i wanted to get some opinions from the internet first on what you all think wouldve gone into a medley mix for that time

Hey everyone! So I recently got whole wheat flour for making rotis bit turns out I can only use chakki flour to make them so I now have a 5lb whole wheat flour bag sitting in my pantry.
Any recommendations on how I can use up this flour? I’m usually into sweet stuff, especially chocolate but I can also do savoury baked goods and breads and stuff.
Drop your whole wheat baked goods recommendations please!
