Progress over the past 2-3 months!
Its been about 2-3 months since I started drawing and actually trying (I doodled here and there, I wasn't good at too much though), and I'm here to show some progress and stuff!
This is specifically showing anatomy and drawing bodies, not everything, i work on faces and people and shapes too, but this is just showing similar stuff, so its easier to see the progress. Also, all of these are without reference. I do use references and draw with references a lot, but these are showing how I draw without reference and how its changed and how ive learned!! I'm grateful for everyone who's helped me and given advice!!

Redraw of some old JoJo's fanart

My progress so far in 2 months of drawing from almost zero! [Warning] Slide 12 is slightly suggestive.
Hello!
Just wanted to share the full picture of my journey so far, and all the hardships I went through on the first days!
This is the image order: Day 2, Day 1, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 7, Day 8, Day 9, Day 12, Day 17, Day 51-55 and Day 56 to 58.
From now on, I want to focus a little more on more dynamic illustrations, anatomy, and values. My goal is to execute even a 10% of Mika Pikazo's craft (I know, extremely high standards)
I only have timelapses of the last 2 illustrations sadly, as the rest of them were studies and I didn't feel like I needed a timelapse.

forcing myself to only draw faces for a week :p
I forced myself to draw faces everyday for a week because I had been avoiding drawing faces FOR A YEAR ๐๐๐
For some reason I would always end up overthinking how complicated drawing a face could be that I ended up overwhelming myself every time... and ended up not doing it. lmao, this is so embarrassing to confess
So to finally stop with this irrational fear of messing up when I draw, I forced myself to draw full faces every day, and like yeah some days I would begin to draw and everything looked like shit, but at least I was drawing instead of avoiding it again right?
I still worry that my art looks really ugly or uncanny valley, but like... not doing it won't make my art better, so all I really have left to do is to raw dog it and keep drawing until I don't worry about that anymore
Idk why I'm going into such a long rant, but I think I'll keep drawing faces on a daily basis, its kinda fun now. Anyway, I sleep now, goodnight every1

Critique Any pixel artists out there? 2017 (2works) -2025 (3works)
Iโm always surprised pixel art isnโt a common medium thatโs everyone experiments with, but then I remember I was an Undertale fan lol ๐ the first 2 are from 2017, I with I had a finished one for the second but itโs lost to time lol
