I've been disputing this fraudulent charge for 18 months at this point. I must have reopened it maybe 10 times.

SSENSE (fuck them, worst customer service / company I've ever dealt with) sent me 2 pairs of shoes that literally came used. After refusing my return, I disputed. Provided pictures as evidence. Apple / GS will not return the funds.

I've filed 2 CFPB complains to no avail. What do I do at this point?

Got the new iPhone and ever since setting it up, I cannot add my Apple Cash. Apple Support engineers say it’s Green Dot, Green Dot is convinced it is Apple. Been an ongoing issue for 3 weeks now. I have 0 access to my Apple Cash which I use since I have Daily Cash from my Apple Card going there. Seriously didn’t expect this level of incompetence from Apple.

With RC 27.2 (Dev Channel) it seems the Apple Savings acct is yet again behind FaceID, meaning you can’t see the balance until authenticated again. Pretty neat feature for preying eyes while you’re looking at your Apple Card balance.

Did anyone else apply for the card under the new spend $100 get $100 public welcome offer? I clicked the promo link on Apple’s website, applied through Wallet and was approved. I’ve since spent over $100 on the card but it’s been a few days since those charges posted and I’m not seeing the bonus. Didn’t get an email or anything either. If anyone has gotten it, how long did it take? Tried reading the terms of the offer and it doesn’t specify a timeline but makes it sound like it’s fairly immediate. Thanks!

Hi all, I ordered the Duo through Apple Card financing and selected Verizon as the carrier. I don’t have Verizon, and was planning on skipping the activation and setting the phone up with my carrier (spectrum). However, I noticed online that most people say picking T mobile is the best option for doing this. Does anyone know if it’ll still work picking Verizon?

At the end of each month, I get charged with Apple one family plan which is like 30.10 and the following month on the 5th it’s the Apple care insurance which is about 10.81.

Has the on demand transaction option always been there under "Statements" and I've just been missing it for three years, or did they recently add this feature? Not as good as Quicken integration because you still have to download and import but at least I can do it as many times as I want throughout the month and don't have to wait for the statement to publish. Wish they would add to the savings side too.

My Apple ID was compromised after I was robbed, and the trusted phone number and account information were changed. I no longer have access to the Apple ID or the trusted phone number.
My Apple Card account is still open, and I recently received a replacement card because my previous card expired. However, I can’t activate the new card without access to my Apple ID.
I’ve contacted Apple and Goldman Sachs multiple times, but I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do.
Has anyone experienced something similar and successfully regained access to their Apple Card without closing the existing account and reapplying? I’d really like to keep my current account rather than lose it and have to start over.

I'm trying to sign up for the €0.99 iCloud subscription to add 50 GB. The problem is that I enter all my card information and I receive the authorization request on the Poste app, but the amount always shows as €0.00 and nothing works. What can I do?
