EAS/Adjustment Factors
Can anyone who has applied to ANU Law share their experience with how generous or strict ANU is with EAS adjustment factors? And what GPA they were able to get in with.
I’ve completed a full year of tertiary study and currently have a GPA of 6.0, which translates to a selection rank of approximately 94.50. UAC has confirmed that ANU does participate in EAS for non-Year 12 applicants.
From what I’ve found online, Law accepts adjustment factors through EAS, with a maximum of 5 points. And I’m currently 2.5 points below the required selection rank.
My EAS application was marked as eligible and is based on a chronic/long term illness. I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through this process. I am already aware law is extremely competitive so am also considering other pathways. I called admissions and they said that the gpa requirement is a 5.6. I then said im an external applicant and was told the requirement is still the same. However, I have also heard different from other students. I am currently at UNSW studying a Bachelor of Commerce.
