i’m wanting to go for a natural looking island! any suggestions are appreciated 😭

i had a habit of restarting every few weeks and decided to make this island my forever island. I've made so mant happy memories on here. i even played with my stepmom on xmas and after opening gifts we drank coffee at the roost. i hope i get to enjoy this island for so much longer !!

Was working on a custom Lego celeste amiibo, as I was waiting for paint the paint on the base to dry, I had the idea to paint these wing arms for celeste. Feels a lot more natural to me.

I just got her as a temporary villager (she's one of my favorites!), so obviously I had to give her a little home remodel! I think she's a fan!

So I opened my game to take pictures of my Halloween decorations, saved, and when it went back to home screen this happened.

I only discovered this recently, but in the Nintendo Music app (included if you have the online membership) there's a "Play Based on Current Time" feature for select playlists. There's music from the Game Cube game, New Leaf and New Horizons, and it works for all "A [weather] Day" playlists. Very soothing, especially on rainy days!

"For ever....and ever....and ever." I recently did a post about the shining , so I decided to improve the one I did last year.

I’ve been stuck on my island entrance for the past 5 months 😭 I’ve built and torn it down so many times because there was always something that felt off.
I finally made something I actually like, but now I have no idea what to do with this. They lead up to a dead end, and idk how to make that area feel connected to the rest of my island, especially since Resident Services is so close to my entrance.
I really don’t want to tear everything down again, especially the stairs that look so good in my entrance. I’d love some ideas or suggestions on how to make this work!!

Should I extend the path and have it lead somewhere, or should I turn it into a little decorated area? I’m honestly so lost on what to do with this space🥲

I hear that 8 is supposed to be possible, but it seems impossible for me 🤦🏻‍♀️

I figured it would be a nice challenge to catalogue as many items as possible, but it seems like a big challenge. I’m already buying new items at all the shops, trading with villagers, looking for recipes etc. Just wondering what I’m missing or what would be a fun way to tackle this. I don’t want to collect everything at a treasure island, hunting is part of the game.
