Pitch Seeking Investor Co working and Fitness Gym Space

• Upvotes

I am building a hybrid coworking and fitness space in the Philippines designed for the growing number of remote workers, virtual assistants, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who need more than just a place to sit and work. Through my own experience as a work-from-home professional, I noticed a clear gap in the market: many people want a productive, comfortable environment outside the house, but nearby options are limited and often require long travel.

I validated this need through conversations with other virtual assistants and freelancers in a local Facebook community. A consistent theme emerged: people are looking for a space that supports both productivity and well-being, with reliable work facilities, a professional atmosphere, and access to fitness in the same location. This creates a convenient lifestyle solution that combines work, health, and community in one place.

The concept is differentiated because it solves two everyday needs at once. During the day, members can use the coworking space to focus, collaborate, and separate work from home life. At the same location, they can also access a clean, air-conditioned gym that makes it easier to stay active without needing to go to a separate facility. This model has the potential to attract not only remote workers, but also local professionals, entrepreneurs, and fitness-conscious customers looking for convenience and value.

I also bring relevant operational experience. In 2021, I owned and managed a gym in the Philippines, which gave me firsthand knowledge of customer service, daily operations, business management, and the challenges of running a fitness business. Although the business closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the experience strengthened my understanding of the industry and what it takes to build and sustain a customer-focused space.

In my current role as a Social Media Specialist, I have developed skills in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and online promotion. These skills will be valuable in building brand awareness, attracting customers, and growing the business efficiently.

At this stage, I am developing the business plan and evaluating startup costs, monthly operating expenses, pricing strategy, and financial projections to determine the viability and scalability of the concept. I am open to speaking with potential angel investors or strategic partners who see the opportunity in creating a modern, community-driven space for work and wellness in our market.

The vision is to create a profitable, scalable business that meets a real local need: a single destination where people can work, exercise, and connect without having to travel to multiple places.

Building Hydrify, a Subscription-First Hydration Brand — Seeking Angel Investors & CPG Partners

Building Hydrify, a Subscription-First Hydration Brand — Seeking Angel Investors & CPG Partners

I'm the founder of Hydrify, an early-stage hydration and wellness brand with the long-term ambition of becoming a billion-dollar company. I've previously raised $7,800 in angel investment In another Brand and am working to build Hydrify into a scalable consumer brand.

The Opportunity: According to Presence Research, the electrolyte beverage market is estimated at $47 billion, with projections suggesting it could reach $70 billion.

Our Products:

  • Electrolyte drink mixes featuring unique flavors like Yuzu Basil.
  • Electrolyte and protein beverages.
  • Electrolyte gummies for convenient, portable hydration.

Our Business Model: Hydrify is designed to be subscription-first, with Shopify bundles to encourage repeat purchases, increase average order value, and improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and retention.

Our Growth Strategy: Build across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon, using creator marketing and social commerce to drive discovery, then pursue retail opportunities with Target, The Vitamin Shoppe, and Wawa as demand grows. I want to follow elements of the Grüns and Bloom playbook.

Current Progress:

  • Products listed on Shopify and Amazon.
  • Six Google Form responses from potential customers about willingness to purchase and acceptable pricing.
  • In discussions with a manufacturer.
  • Listed on RangeMe to explore retail opportunities.

We're still early-stage and working to validate demand.

Seeking Investors: I'm interested in connecting with angel investors and strategic CPG partners. Funding would go toward inventory and manufacturing, advertising, legal and compliance, and product photography and listing optimization.

Investors could participate in Hydrify's growth and potential financial returns under a mutually agreement

My long term vision is to build a leading hydration brand with recurring revenue, strong customer retention, and national distribution.

Pitch Seeking an Angel Investor or Strategic Funding Partner | Government Accountability & Civic Transparency Initiative

My name is Angelique. I'm seeking an angel investor, philanthropist, or strategic funding partner who believes that government accountability shouldn't be a privilege reserved for people with money, political connections, or institutional influence. I started this work because I became tired of watching vulnerable communities suffer while the institutions entrusted with serving them continued operating with little meaningful accountability. I've sat with families living in deteriorating shelter conditions, listened to mothers afraid to report mistreatment because they feared retaliation, and witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be for ordinary residents to obtain answers from government agencies. These are human beings whose lives are directly affected by decisions made behind closed doors.

Over the past year, I've independently dedicated countless hours to examining government expenditures, investigating reported institutional misconduct, reviewing public contracts, and challenging the lack of transparency within Philadelphia's publicly funded agencies.

Our work has included extensive Pennsylvania Right-to-Know requests, administrative appeals before the Office of Open Records, judicial enforcement proceedings, financial documentation reviews, shelter condition investigations, community demonstrations, and direct engagement with elected officials and oversight authorities. We've examined financial oversight concerns involving Philadelphia's Office of Homeless Services, documented resident complaints and conditions within publicly funded shelters, and worked to bring greater public attention to the treatment of unhoused families. We've also connected with residents, advocates, journalists, and legal professionals who recognize the importance of independent oversight.

And we've accomplished much of this without dedicated funding, paid investigators, or the financial resources available to established institutions.

There have been countless nights spent reviewing government documents, preparing filings, answering calls from distressed families, and trying to navigate systems that are often difficult for ordinary people to challenge. I've invested my own resources, time, and energy because I genuinely believe that someone has to be willing to ask the difficult questions, even when those questions make powerful institutions uncomfortable. But I've reached a point where determination alone is no longer enough to sustain the scale of this work.

I'm now seeking $25,000–$50,000 in initial funding to formally establish our Government Accountability Unit (GAU).

My vision is to build an independent, professionally operated public-interest initiative capable of investigating government spending, examining public contracts, identifying potential administrative failures, documenting credible allegations of misconduct, and helping communities exercise their rights to government transparency.

I envision a team of researchers, investigators, legal professionals, financial analysts, and community advocates working collectively to examine how public resources are managed and whether taxpayer-funded institutions are fulfilling their responsibilities.

I want to create a place where residents can bring documented concerns without feeling powerless. Where public records can be examined thoroughly, where financial discrepancies can be questioned, and where credible findings can be presented to oversight authorities, journalists, policymakers, and the public. The initial funding would support investigative research, legal and financial consultation, public records acquisition, secure evidence management, technology, staffing support, and community education.

I also understand the responsibility that comes with accepting someone else's financial support. Funding would be managed through a structured operating budget with documented expenditures, measurable objectives, and regular reporting. Prospective partners would have the opportunity to review our existing work, proposed financial allocations, and first-year operational milestones before making a commitment.

What should pre-launch fund consulting cover before you sign anything with an admin?

about four months out from launching a first angel fund. A few administrators have been on calls and one offered something called "pre-launch consulting" as part of their engagement. It sounded useful but hard to tell if it was a real service or just the sales process wearing a different label. What should pre-launch fund consulting include when it is done well? Entity structure advice, timeline planning, LP onboarding walkthrough, maybe some guidance on what the investor experience looks like from commitment to k-1. But the not knowing what is not known part is the whole reason this matters. For those who did a pre-launch phase with their admin, what part of it was valuable versus filler?

Seeking $50K Angel Investment for PJ’s Products Amazon FBA Brand & Profit-Sharing Opportunity

Hi everyone,

I'm the founder of PJ’s Products, an Amazon FBA brand building a portfolio of consumer products, including AI language translation earbuds, titanium cutting boards, and other product opportunities.

Our AI translation earbuds are listed on Amazon for approximately $70, with a manufacturing cost of around $6 per unit. This offers potential for attractive margins before Amazon fees, shipping, advertising, and other expenses.

We've raised approximately $7,800 in previous angel investment and generated two sales since launch. I'm now seeking $50,000 to support the next stage of growth.

Planned use of funds:

  • Inventory and product sourcing
  • Professional product photography
  • Amazon A+ Content to improve product presentation and help increase conversions
  • Listing optimization, marketing, and advertising
  • Expansion of our product portfolio

Long-term vision: My goal is to build PJ’s Products into a business generating $25 million in annual revenue. This is an ambitious long-term target, not current revenue or a guaranteed forecast.

What's in it for the investor?

I'm open to offering 20% of company profits through a formally documented profit-sharing agreement, with terms negotiated together. The aim is to provide a financial return as the business becomes profitable, supported by transparent financial reporting and clearly defined payout terms.

We're still at an early stage, and I'm looking to connect with angel investors experienced in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, and consumer brands who are interested in helping build a scalable business.

Amazon listing: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DS9CDF3X

If you're an investor interested in discussing the opportunity, I'd welcome a conversation. I'm also open to constructive feedback from experienced founders and investors.

Veteran-Founded Drone Startup Seeking $50K to Enter the Booming U.S. Drone Manufacturing Market

Post image
3 Upvotes

We're a small, veteran-founded U.S. startup operating in the rapidly expanding drone and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) industry.

Our focus is on domestic manufacturing, affordable drone platforms, and technology supporting commercial, educational, and defense-related applications.

Over the past year, we've been developing prototypes, establishing industry relationships, building out manufacturing capabilities, and identifying opportunities within the growing domestic UAS supply chain.

We've made meaningful progress with limited outside capital and are now preparing to transition into initial production.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking approximately $50,000 in angel investment to fund an initial bulk materials order, primarily supporting domestic manufacturing of drone components and related hardware.

The goal is straightforward: secure production inventory, establish repeatable manufacturing processes, and begin generating revenue through small-scale manufacturing and fulfillment.

Why this industry?

The U.S. drone industry is seeing increasing demand for domestically manufactured components, affordable UAS platforms, and specialized training technology. We believe there's a significant opportunity for smaller, agile manufacturers to establish themselves in this market.

We're approaching this conservatively, starting with manufacturing services and component sales rather than relying exclusively on long-term R&D or large government contracts.

We're early-stage, but we're not starting from scratch. We have working prototypes, industry connections, and preliminary commercial interest.

What we're hoping to find:

Ideally, an angel investor familiar with hardware startups, manufacturing, aerospace, or emerging technology who understands the value of an initial inventory investment.

We're open to discussing reasonable investment structures and sharing additional business details, financial projections, and production plans privately with serious interested parties.

Would also appreciate feedback from anyone who has raised smaller amounts of early-stage manufacturing capital.

Happy to connect via DM.

Pitch SafeDeal Is Live on Google Play | Seeking $15,000 to Scale | $1,500 Initial Release, Milestone-Based Funding

SafeDeal, a product of Roynek Technologies, is live on the Google Play Store. We have integrated with the fintech ecosystem, including banking infrastructure, and Roynek Technologies is CAC-registered and has a D-U-N-S Number.

We are seeking $15,000 in milestone-based funding, with $1,500 requested as an initial release to kick-start our next phase of growth. Our goal is to scale an existing product, not fund an idea from scratch.

We are also intentional about protecting investor capital. We are open to a structured funding arrangement with defined milestones, measurable deliverables, and appropriate safeguards to reduce investment risk.

Product: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.roynek.safedeal

Pitch deck: https://safedeal.roynek.com/pitch_deck.pdf

We are actively seeking an investor who sees the potential in SafeDeal and is open to a practical, milestone-driven funding arrangement.

I would appreciate your feedback on the opportunity and any recommendations for connecting with investors willing to back an early-stage Nigerian technology startup.

Thank you for your time.

Conviction Investment Committee App - Feedback

I recently made this app, and would love your feedback as Angel Investors.

Is it something you would use? If not, why?

www.convictionic.com (super early / beta)

Background:

I look at quite a few startup decks, especially in the Life Sciences space, through angel groups, VCs, and just word of mouth. As a single individual investor, my time is constrained and my expertise is limited. What I noticed working with angel groups is that the power of the group is that they bring together many different experts (eg. one person focused on market, one on tech, one on IP, etc). I also realize that today each investor is separately feeding decks to their AI of choice, which is obviously a huge help in many ways.

Idea behind Conviction:

You upload a deal’s materials (deck, data, SAFE) and it runs them through a mock investment committee. 5-7 specialist reviewers then work independently to evaluate the deal from a certain angle (eg. science/tech, clinical, regulatory, IP, commercial, financial, and a devil’s advocate). A Chair then pulls their views together into a recommendation. Every factual claim cites a document and page, and you also get a list of diligence questions to take back to the founders.

So far, I've found it to be very useful as a first pass. It tends to surface things that are easy to miss in a long data room, and prepares a great high level set of questions to dig into with founders.

Requesting:

It's early and I'm looking for feedback.

I didn't even implement any pricing, so totally free if you want to sign up and play around.

Or just check out a sample report: https://www.convictionic.com/sample-report

Question How to find angels when connections matter more than funding?

Hey all,

My friend and I are CS majors at an Ivy. His background is SWE, mine is ML research. We made a course planning tool that lets you graph prerequisite relationships and talk to an AI copilot that never hallucinates and pulls info from lots of disparate sources.

We got 400 classmates to sign up in the first two weeks of the semester (pretty convincing evidence that this is something people like) and have a few paying customers (a monthly premium subscription that gives expanded access to the AI features), but it's difficult to spread to other universities where we don't have as much of a foothold.

We got a $3000 grant from the university to expand our platform, but it's difficult to find angel investors who have connections to universities as well as funding. To be honest, the site is pretty cheap to run at the moment, and funding isn't something we're desperate for (although it would be nice). Our main priority is getting connections to universities.

Does anyone have advice on where we should go from here? Neither of us has startup experience, but we're both pretty dedicated and really believe in what we're doing. Thanks in advance!
