Recently I have been working on a gym progress tracing application, I wanted to get rid of the pay walls that exist in most of the popular nowadays options(strong, hevy, etc...). The app stores data only locally on the device, no account needed. I eventually want to release a self-hosted server for syncing data across devices(the server already exists, I have to finaalize it) or offer it as a service, maybe with small payment idk yet(honestly if I do this I only want to cover the server cost).

For the future I have couple of features I want to add:
- self-hosted data sync / offer service sync
- small local AI model on-device for either suggestions, form/posture detection from video, etc..
- tracking for running, sports
- smartwatch integrations
- and more :)

Hey, I'm looking for people to join the closed test for Oddbound, my fantasy story game for Android. If you enjoy reading and making decisions in games, this might be your sort of thing.

Your character works at a parcel office until a pendant starts talking inside their head. From there, you decide what to believe, who to help, and how far to trust the voice. Different character strengths and choices open different conversations and routes across 12 chapters.

I'd appreciate a few sessions over the 14-day test, especially feedback on whether the opening is clear, whether the replies feel natural, and whether scrolling and manual saves work properly on your device. Please tell me about the awkward bits too; that's why I'm testing it.

Please note it is an adult oriented app (18+, but does not contain explicit images or videos). It asks for adult consent on first launch and is locked with a PIN or biometrics.

About your data: everything stays on your device. There is no account, no server and no cloud. Partners sync directly between phones over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Backups are encrypted.

Lecturameter 1999 is a separate app, the same idea rebuilt as if you had installed it from a CD-ROM in 1999: grey windows, menus, a folder tree, a dense book table, a reading timer with a green LCD display and a text report with a calendar drawn in characters. I've built an Android app called UK Foraging Companion. It works offline and is made for foragers, walkers and geocachers in the UK. It has:

- Offline maps you download by region

- Footpaths, bridleways and byways

- Search by postcode, street or place, all offline

- Routes on foot or by car, and "park and walk"

- Save your own places and finds

Google requires 12 testers to keep the app installed for 14 days before it can be released on the Play Store, so I need your help. When it's released it will cost £4.79 including VAT, but testers get it free.

**HOW TO JOIN (Android phones only)**

Everything is done through Google Play and a Google Group, so I never see your email address, and I never ask for card or payment details.

It can take a few hours after you join for the install link to start working. If you get an error page, just try again later.

Apps that are still in testing are hidden from the public Play Store until they've been tested and approved by Google. Only people who join through the link above can see it.

**PLEASE NOTE**

Google Play may show a price, but as a tester you are NOT charged. This is Google's own testing feature. When you tap it you'll see "Test card, always approves - This is a test order, you will not be charged". Tap Buy, and Google may ask for your usual Google account password. That's normal.

Please keep the app installed until I tell you the test is finished. The 14 days only start counting once I have 12 testers, so it could take 3 to 4 weeks from when you join. You're welcome to keep the app afterwards, and you will not be charged.
