i decided to pop 4 tabs one night what a dumbass move lol but it started off normal i was just watching rick and morty than around a hour later when it started to kick in i decided i was going to ride my brothers surron to meet my coworker up at the park cause he wanted to buy a tab off me and i obviously wasn’t going to drive tripping balls but i met him gave him the tab and just kinda sat there for a minute and looked around because this is when it really started to kid everything was shifting colors were popping the lights were so bright on my bike that i said fuck that i’m going to just ride with them off when i got back on my bike i swear not even 3 minutes after my friend left i got back on my bike and the park by my house is up on a hill so i had to ride down this big ass hill at the time i wasn’t worried or anything but i got towards the bottom of the hill going around 33-35 i can’t remember but i was flying especially off acid but i tried to jump onto a walking path that goes around the walking around of the park and i couldn’t make out how big the path was compared to the road because i didn’t enter through the sidewalk i just entered through the road part and the sidewalk was sticking up a bit and i flew like superman right onto my arm it instantly snapped and i rolled over onto my other arm and got the worst road rash of my life im lucky i didnt hit my head but i couldn’t really feel my arm it was weird i think it was from all the acid but i had to ride my brothers bike all the way home and had to get my parents to take me to the hospital whole time i had to lock in because they don’t know im tripping but im gone idk how they didn’t figure out but she drops me off at the front of the er i get in to the front desk the lady asks my name and date of birth i stood there for what felt like 2 minutes because i couldn’t remeber my name finally i got it out and they took me to the back and i sat there for 20 min before anyone did anything to help me it was ridiculous but i had to stay calm cause i didn’t want to freak anyone out but the tiles on the er floor were all different colors and there asking me questions and i couldn’t barely say anything i was so mesmerized by the floor 😭 but after they cleaned all the blood off of me they wheeled me to the back of the er and i thought this was going to traumatize me for life but it hasn’t which is a really good thing but in the back of the er where everyone else who needs help is there was a guy on a hospital bed getting pushed down the hall past me and he just had half of his face sewn back on like someone skinned him it scared the hell out of me but after i got help they gave me some pain meds and this is probaly around 5-6 hours after i popped the acid so it’s started to come down and this is when there pupping the split on me but after that me and my parents get home and i just though i was the dumbest mf ever i dont know what i was thinking never should have done that but we learn from our mistakes 😂

I recently got some tabs (111ugs) and I have the week off so I was thinking of taking one (potentially two) sometime this week. I have done it twice with others, once at a friends place, another at a rave in a small group, but I deal with social anxiety so I was thinking of doing it alone in my apartment. So after a two years break I decided to try out some derivatives again just to find out that the current ones legally available in Germany are way less potent than they used to be. I'm(25) planning on tripsitting my sister(30) on her first ever trip. She's my best friend and she's been really struggling with anxiety for the majority of her life and, after a lot of convincing, finally agreed to embark on a psychedellic journey. I need advice on a few things before deciding if i should go through with this as she's never done any substance before (not even smoked a doob because of aversion due to an extremely Christian anti-drug upbringing) and i want to make it as safe as possible from my end. A close cousin (24) may also join us.

Here's the plan so far:

We're going to stay at an airbnb with a pool and surrounded by nature in another state for a vacation and on one of the nights, if she feels ready, she'll take some (I'm still on the fence if i should also take some too because it's been a year since my last trip and I'm a bit nervous about handling that and tripsitting simultaneously)

For a bit of context my friend and I were both trying LSD for the first time. I stayed in my room and he was at his house in his. We messaged mostly had a few calls and sent updates. I had three 125μg tabs. I only planned to take one wait and see about more later.

I took the first at 10pm. After four hours I got faint visuals but it felt pretty underwhelming and disappointing at first. I barely felt anything and thought I had wasted the night. At 2am I took the second held it on my tongue for 20 minutes swallowed it and then thought fuck it and decided to just take the third straight away. I had done two weeks of solid research before trying any of this.

We were both let down early on because it did not feel like it kicked in. My mate took one at 10pm and another at 2am but smoked quite a bit of weed before it fully hit so most of his night was a blur.

I started off having a terrible time. I ate snacks felt a bit sick and thought I might throw up. Once I calmed down I still felt disappointed. It was not until I put my phone away and leaned into it that everything clicked. It felt like the experience came to me. Then I started peaking. The carpet visuals were insane shifting into bright vivid colours changing design wherever I looked. Everything in my room looked like it was breathing. Even the LED colours felt alive. So much of what I felt and saw is completely indescribable. There are things I could never put into words properly.

People say nature is best but I started in my room then went out later. I pulled an all nighter I could not have slept anyway haha. Most say avoid mirrors but I checked mine plenty and found it funny seeing how weird my face looked. I listened to music the whole time. Tried drawing something cool and wild and even my own drawing looked like it was moving.

Early morning I walked through nature. Everything outside was incredible trees plants and colours shifting and moving unreal. I meant 10 to 15 minutes but it turned into 40 because my sense of time was gone. I spent most of the trip in my room though.

I still saw soft subtle visuals 16 hours after the first tab 12 hours after the others as I was coming down. I had so many thoughts some deep and meaningful others just total nonsense. I do feel a little different now and I get why people say it changes you. Nothing like I expected. Looking at your phone on it is absolutely wild. Overall amazing and I would try it again though coming down felt strange. Slept around 2pm still seeing faint visuals as I got ready for bed. No ego death though. Being in my own space where I feel safest helped so much. Tried a show once but people’s faces looked too weird so I stopped. That is pretty much it. Feel free to ask me anything.

¿How long does it take a blotter to hit? I took a tab at 10:19 pm, right now it’s 12:05 am, should I assume it was fake and move on?

A month ago, I had a severe bad LSD trip at a festival where I spent a long time desperately searching for my friends, spiraled into loud intrusive thoughts, and felt like I was completely losing my mind before breaking down in front of an acquaintance. Ever since, my brain feels hyperactive and exhausted. I’ve always used vivid internal scenarios and roleplaying to cope with past stress, but since the trip, I’ve completely lost control over it. Grounding or meditating lasts barely 10 seconds before I’m pulled back into a script. Before sleep, my thoughts feel like distinct voices and chaotic dialogues, leading to exhausting, confused dreams. My mood strictly depends on whatever scenario my mind picks, and this hyper-awareness feels like a trap. I know a large part of this comes from loneliness and isolation, but I just want a break from my own thoughts. Has anyone gone through something similar? Will this eventually fade and will my brain get back to normal? I would really appreciate any thoughts, advice, or shared experiences.

I'm over a 1000 times now but the only real nightmares I had were in the beginning. There's seemingly zero chance it could happen now. Ik how to counteract bad thoughts when they knock. I think it takes awhile for the brain to learn how to deal with lsd. Am I alone in thinking this?

So I was recently watching the show Adults on Hulu and an episode came on where the main group of characters planned to take acid while watching Avatar and playing Warning by Green Day. I just came here to ask if anyone has ever done that specific combination before. I have never done the whole movie album synch before but I am a HUGE Green Day fan and obviously watching Avatar on acid would be sick af. Honestly I prefer mushrooms to acid and LOVE watching movies on shrooms so if I were to try it I’d probably do that instead. Anyways let me know if anyone has done this specific combo before and your thoughts on it. Also open to opinions if you haven’t tried it.

Before I even get started with this story, dont take this story as lsd ruined my life or anything becasue its my fav drug and i wouldn't say all that. I have only ever bought acid off one guy. That's because he drives to Cali to get it, and he is the only dude I trust since his shit isn't fake. The dose of the tabs I would take were 150ug, which makes me even more curious about my question with my hppd.

NOW FOR THE STORY

With weed, I started smoking in 7th grade and still do. To understand how much I smoke, I go through a 2-gram Muha cart within 2 to 3 days—4 days max. I have been doing this for over 3 years, and I almost exclusively smoke carts now. I used to buy bud, but I don't anymore because my tolerance is so high that bud doesn't get me high unless I smoke a stupid amount. The carts I've been smoking have a way higher THC percentage. Every single time I took acid, I also smoked weed with it.

The first time I ever took LSD, I took 2 tabs, completely unknowing of what I was about to experience. After the trip was over, I realized what I had just gotten myself into was way different than weed. Still, I was eager to explore myself, so I started doing very extensive amounts of research on it because I was so fascinated by it. Two weeks later, I did it again. I read online that the safest timeframe for recreational use was to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before taking another dose to give your brain time to repair a bit. So, I did that. No different than the first time, I took 2 tabs again. I thought to myself, if I can handle 2, why would I want less of an effect from doing 1?

Two weeks later, I did it again, and then again, and again, until that timeframe kept getting shorter over time. I was exploring a little too much and getting lost in the visuals. I took 3 tabs about 4 times, and 1 tab maybe twice, but normally I just took 2 tabs. The timeframe went from 2 weeks (14 days) to 12 days apart, and so on and so on, until it came down to me doing it weekly, and sometimes even twice a week.

For the longest time, I didn't realize it was fucking my brain up. Even with all the research i did knowing the amount i was doing was bad. Then, one day, I was in the car with my homie and his big brother. We were just driving around listening to music. We rolled up a blunt, stuffed some wax in it, and sparked up. Halfway through the blunt, my head started hurting. It was like a headache, but the very front of my forehead felt extremely sensitive to the touch. It was a weird pain, but when I put pressure on my forehead—like pressing the back of my hand against it—it would feel weirdly good. At this same time, I started to notice that I felt really fucking dumb and fried, all just from the blunt we were smoking. It was the exact kind of "fried" you feel when you are on acid and can't think.

After I noticed this, every single time I smoked, it was almost like I was thrown right back into a psychedelic state. When I fixated my eyes on one spot—like I would when tripping—my brain would start to fill in my vision with "noise" that it was supposed to block out. For example, I would see full-blown patterns moving and changing, and objects breathing, though not quite as intense as when I was on actual LSD. Lights had an overly bright glare to them. I also had visual snow 24/7. I would stare off a lot, getting lost looking at something and not realizing I was doing it, which became a big issue for me. for some odd reason mirrors were also weirdly trippy at the time when i had all this going on

I noticed that with how much I smoked, I was constantly stuck in this state. The more LSD I did, the worse it got. Eventually, I started experiencing depersonalization, so I finally quit acid to try and fix my brain. For the longest time, I didn't think I would ever be normal again because the sheer amount of weed I was smoking kept my brain in that hyper-active state every day.

But over time, my symptoms actually started to go away. This is crazy to me because I looked it up online, and in most cases, HPPD doesn't go away if you keep smoking weed. But for me, it did. What does that mean? Is my brain just crazy resilient? The only problems I have with my brain today are that my memory from around the time I was doing acid is a little bad. i plan to do lsd again in the future becasue i love being in that state but will it make my hppd come back after just 1 trip if those neurons fire again?

Kind of a lot here, I’m sorry if it doesn’t make sense! I had a really intense trip and fainted during it, which caused me to think that I died and was walking through the afterlife.

Yesterday I dosed with some friends. I was having a rough come up, which I’ve gone through before but the second I started peaking it was like I was no longer in control of my body, almost like I was just observing everything. I was having extreme fish bowl lense visuals and it was starting to freak me out so I went on a walk with my sober friend and she really helped me, but while we were talking it was almost like I could see the future and I knew I was about to faint (I fainted probably 1 1/2 hours after going on that walk). I was processing everything from the time I went on a walk to about 30 minutes after fainting all at the same time, except I was so certain that I had died when I fainted.

After she and I walked around, we walked back to where my other friends were and it felt like the closer I got to where I was the moment I fainted, the more everyone would get into position to that same moment. The crazy thing was I was also having an out of body experience during this, so when I realized my friends were “getting back into position” I would get uncomfortable and walk away from it (because I thought that was when I was going to die). I could go as close to that moment as I wanted, or as far away, and when I’d walk away everyone would go in reverse. It felt like time wasn’t real and that I had all the time to walk around. Because I thought I was going to die, I thought being able to go closer or farther from this moment was me experiencing the afterlife, and I had to come to terms on my own with dying and that was the only way I could get over what I was experiencing. When I was in the thick of it I thought maybe it was ego death, but I’m still not really sure.

We eventually got to the moment I fainted and I woke back up to a woman who was checking my vitals (BP, heart rate and O2 levels, we were at a music festival so it wasn’t an ambulance or anything) and I was fine, they think I just didn’t eat enough which would honestly make sense because usually I eat a bunch on acid but since I was struggling this time I didn’t even think about it. When I got back to my friends after getting checked out they were all trying to give me food and water and hold my hand, and every time they’d do that I was perceiving the food and water as breathing tubes being connected and when they’d touch my arm I thought it was an IV. I would also start hearing beeping and hospital noises, and everything would get super bright. Keep in mind, I really felt like I was processing this and witnessing this the whole time I was on that walk with my friend, 2ish hours before.

It was really intense but it also made me really comfortable with dying in a weird way. At first when my sober friend and I were on that walk and I realized I was “going to die” I was really scared and in disbelief. But the closer we got to that moment, the more comfortable and okay I was with it. When I finally fainted I felt warm and relaxed and just ready to let go. Definitely the strongest visuals I’ve ever experienced, it was enlightening in a way but I’m probably going to stay away from acid for a while just to be safe haha. It was only a single dose but I’m still gonna wait til I feel 100% ready again, and will definitely make sure I’ve eaten enough 😅. I’m honestly a little embarrassed but my friends said I was holding it together pretty well. I was probably crying (I don’t really remember the details of everything that actually happened after I peaked tbh) but my finance said I wasn’t freaking out or making it other people’s problems, I just wanted everyone else to have a good time and not worry about me.

I would love to know if anyone has any similar experiences or any insight. I’m not sure if this was just a bad trip, ego death, both? Who knows

I am a mushroom head but tonight was my first time ever trying acid and I must say I am beyond impressed on the consistency. So I was trying to explain the difference to my girl who hasn’t tried either and this is what I came up with:

Every time I've done acid (3x) I get a pain in my abdomen area. Like tight/squeezing sensation. I always have to lay down and try not to freak out. I calm myself but im unable to enjoy the high after that. It happens after the first peak and then doesnt go away until I come down. I never felt the pain while sober or with shrooms or weed only acid/LSD.

Any one else have similar experience?

so basically i have done quite a few substances over the years but mostly i have tripped on mushrooms and a whole lotta acid. i regularly smoke weed and also do acid every 2-4 weeks. for quite a while now if i smoke i end up getting a slight red blue glow like small pixels on everything makes me feel like a 60hz monitor 😭 anyone else experience this or similar ?

I got some acid a while ago it’s 200 ug and I took it about 2 hours ago and it doesn’t feel like a normally Trip to me, I’m not getting visuals or the sensation from being on it it just feels like I’ve got a bit of a headache and a bit dazed, anyone help please 🙏?

just wondering what kinda bad trip experience you guys have if any. i’ve tripped on acid a load over the years a lot this year and i’ve never really had anything that’s caused me to have a bad experience or feeling, i dont know why but my brain kinda just switches into lazy mode, i don’t really over think on it don’t get deterred by much.

My highest dosage was 450 ug (2 200 and a1/4 of 200 so is roughly that give or take a few ug since can’t guarantee i cut exactly 50ug off)

just curious what might have sent you guys into a bad trip/experience
