You can do this

Accessability Transcription:

Often in life we have experiences where we think "this is so bad I can't do this there's no way".

And usually when we think this we are wrong.

Despereaux! Such a cute children’s book.

It’s my favorite children’s novel! I end up re-reading it about once a year or so and it never fails to both me make me cry and fill my heart. ❤️

It repeats, and cascades to be worse. I'm just waiting until I actually can't do it anymore.

I wouldn't consider that wholesome.

I read it as: life is hard and unfair, so unless you struggle really hard you won't make it.

Oh, if you do fail, it's your fault because you didn't try hard enough.

I interpret this differently: sometimes things seem difficult to handle and we don't think we can manage, but in reality we can.

Yea I don’t know what the other guy is on about. This is very clearly the interpretation that’s meant. ‘Sometimes we blow things out of proportion and make them seem harder and scarier than they really are’

We have no choice but to power through and receive the pain. Yes it’s surprising how much we can tolerate before losing our actual minds but is it wholesome?

I've been right a couple of times. I'm on my way to doing it a 3rd time. Maybe this one will be what makes the difference.

I too have a little voice in my head telling me that. But like the meme says, i ignore it and carry on killing.

I've become so tired and lethargic that no amount of help will work anymore.
