Same price but less… I thought buying Argentinian horse meat or whatever was supposed to lower the cost😂

Does LITERALLY ANYONE, anyone at all who isn't corporate and actually deals with the them actually have a single positive thing to say about them? Anything at all? Even if it's a stretch the size of the endless void of space?

I’ve been averaging 8-10 miles a day lately, just at work. My shoes are all feeling it- I got the dr Scholls inserts, and they’re good for about 2 months tops. I like my shoes and would love to find an insole that lasts a bit longer! I only thought about it, and suddenly I’m seeing ads for all sorts of things on the FB. Stepprs, Superfeet, snibbs shoes.. no real way to tell if the online ads are legit. Please share what works for you.

I need help guys. I been a stocking 1 TL for a few months now. Long story short I am failing and so is my team. We can’t hit metrics they want and we’re leaving picks daily. That said we are only about a month after inventory and holidays approaching. So there is a lot of freight to move to scan and also we’re pulling out a lot. So it’s taking longer to scan which delays hands on freight. So we’re not in a position to be able to chase numbers and also I have team of 7 ppl a day for a 180$ million dollar store. Please tell me this gets better? lol any advice is appreciated.

Besides looking into the history of a specific item, is there any report that keeps track of shelf cap changes that anybody can look into?

So a lot of Team lead positions is opening up and I found out that I may get promoted to electronic TL without an interview? Since the store manager is selecting people. Is this normal ?

So yesterday we were told that they changed how picks drop. Now instead of 3 hours before it's due, now it's due in only 2 hours and it's a nightmare. We were already going late on the old time and now everything is overdue 24/7 because we don't have enough staff to do it. So they get mad at us for being too slow but won't hire the staff we need, I don't see this going well long term. For me to get done with my walks on time I literally have to run. And my pick rate is some of the best at the store, easily in the hundreds and I was struggling. Just had to rant about it as if they don't change it back, were basically cooked beyond belief in November.

I’m currently an on stocker. The AP team lead is trying to get me to take this position. Should I? I’d lose my differential, and I really have no idea what to expect. I want to get off nights but I’d have to change my availability around, which I don’t love.
Just looking for some advice.

The new time cards will show your rate of pay as well as your job, facility, rate type such as hourly, salary, and you’ll be able to make quicker time adjustments. So far I’m really liking it. One of the better features I’ve seen while beta testing.

Why oh WHY does the app/website allow for shipping to be selected for appliances and big items only for it to then be defaulted to “Delivery”. It’s becoming such a big thing now. Receive order for a washer dryer set for example > stage order for DELIVERY > no one busting their balls to go deliver that. Especially when the customer selects shipping so there’s no tip option. So frustrating.

I feel a bit like I may have been shorted the last couple paychecks somehow for some reason. I've gotten a LOT of overtime, at least 7 hours the last few weeks(I'm meaning between checks) and I'm only seeing like a $20 difference in my pay. I have come in every single day(and if I didn't I ALWAYS use the payed time off) and at the very least worked 40 hours every week. Idk what's going on. I literally feel like theres at least a basic days worth of pay missing from my last two paychecks.
Is there somewhere I can see the exact hours I've worked? It should be bare minimum 80 hours since we get paid every other week and I work full time, yes?

If there is a new Walmart that is opening nearby, is there a way to find out the details so I can put in a transfer request?

So normally when I put in ppto it's already after midnight so I've never had a problem with it before. I've been told to put ppto on the day of the shift. For my birthday yesterday I took some time off but I didn't have quite a full 8 hours. I only had 7 hours and 26 minutes so I came in and clocked out after 9:45, letting my bosses know I'd only be in for 45 minutes ahead of time.
Now I'm trying to put in the ppto in but having clocked out before midnight for the first time im running into an issue. I can't put 9:45 pm as the start time and 6 am as the end time because it thinks I mean 6 am for that day. If I select two days it will think I'm putting in ppto for both shifts but I just want it for that shift. Any advice on how to put it in?

I'm cross posting this as an active Walmart associate. I was recommended by the reddit website to cross post. MODS, please do not remove this post as it was recommended for me to cross post. I'm not a customer in the least!

I’m wanting to update my husbands information on my covered dependents. He’s been under me for a few years but we recently got married, this month in fact on October 3rd, and it won’t let me change his last name or his relationship status. I tried asking the people person here but she’s highly unreliable. She’s either never here, or no where to be found when you actually need something. So I’m at a loss on what to do or if it even matters. I’ve changed my info just fine but when I go to dependent summary, and hit edit for him, the only thing it lets me do is update his address.

How many of you have worked up at cash registers and got in trouble for not asking for a customer's ID when they bought alcohol or something like that even when they were clearly old enough?
