I am not to sure of this outcome. Don't get me wrong, a world which you described is horrible but I don't think the Germans would have ultimately won, Japan for that matter as well. The Soviet's were the ones who broke Germany. They lost some 25 million and took the brunt of everything for years before we even stepped foot in Europe. As a whole we only faced maybe 5 to 10% of Germany's military and by then they were broken by the Soviet onslaught.

The same goes for Japan. The Soviet's forces completely demolished the Japanese in Manchuria. They plowed through Japan's 1.5 million troops in days. We fought battles in the Pacific and paid dearly for it but the main bulk of the Japanese army was not faced by the US. Perhaps the wars would have lasted longer without US help as we did out produce every nation involved by huge factors but I feel that the Soviet's would have crushed the others in the long run.

I do want to point out though that a Soviet controlled Europe and Asia would have been just as bad or even worse that what Germany and Japan would have done if they had won.
