Hello!!!

"Did not upload model" error in Vtube Studio (Multiplayer Collab VTS).

I got a few assets added to my model recently and since then I can't join the VTS Collab, it shows this message, and afterwards it uploads forever but never really show my model on the other side.

Does anyone have an easy fix for it? I thought about copying it and making a separate model with fewer assets, only for collabs, but this would break all my toggles...

I've been working on a lightweight, zero-install in-browser 3D VRM tracking tool powered by MediaPipe Face Mesh, Kalidokit, and Three.js (@pixiv/three-vrm).

It runs entirely client-side (no video data leaves your browser) and gives creators smooth webcam tracking without needing to download heavy desktop software like VSeeFace or Warudo.

It would be a hundred times better if you tried it out live with your own VRM model and told me everything you liked or disliked: missing features, UI/UX critique, performance, or any bugs.

I bought and use a customizable model from Vgen, all good

But lately my models has delay reacting to my movements.

The model takes 1 to 2 seconds to make the movements, lip sync and everything related to tracking

This happen on and off stream :(

Any ideas how to solve it?

Hi, sorry if the question seems dumb but I'm new to all of this and with so many programs available I'm a little confused. Recently I've seen the posts made here about SelfReflect, and XR Animator and while they look cool I'm worried about losing tracking, or jitters. I'm not opossed to paying for good software.

I want to comission a 3D custom avatar just bust + arms and fingers to start multi streaming but I want reliability, I read about the Leap Motion 2 but it's way too expensive (I saw +$1000?) and currently is quite hard to find too. Are there any other options? I also wanted Fluxpose and Stretchsense gloves but that combo is also outside of my budget and Fluxpose is not available yet. I could get a $100 or $200 gadget to pair with my iPhone but I don't know what to buy so I would really appreciate a momento of your time and expertise.
